I think the second paragraph there would be 100% the case under former managers/owners. However one of the things about Howe from both our players and former players is the quality of the coaching and motivation of the players. He might arrive unconvinced but the rigorous approach and drive to improve the clubs in all areas is the sort of thing that will drive buy in. Listening to him speak he’s seems very professional and motivated - those things should help him adapt regardless of if we are his ‘first’ choice.
