There was a 3-1 win for us with Campbell in the 1st minute. Aye. Given just about chucked it in. Got loads of sarcastic applause every time he touched the ball from that point on.

Aye I watched it a few weeks ago. Great watch, and you're right it was ridiculous how many goals he was involved in. On the subject of Bellamy. I watched the 02-03 DVD earlier this evening. He's basically responsible for more than half of our goals - especially the game-turning ones. Incredible player. Absolutely incredible.

You've pulled that one out of thin air, like. Completely wrong. During his prime he was a very good finisher and could be counted on to get a few goals. He moved further back in his final 3 seasons and they slowly became few and far between. Still, over 100 career goals says it all. I think everyone knew how good he was at the time. But when you've got Bellamy, Shearer and Robert banging them in, Dyer running riot and Solano with his occasional beauty, folk can be forgiven for not thinking of the midfield anchor first. Top player/person, though. Deserves any adoration that comes his way.
