Certainly looking like it. What with him reconsigning the need for both stability and progression thus providing the funds to not only keep us in the league, but build a good team that will over time achieve success while remaining financially stable. Exactly. Absolutely incredible.

Setting off now, howay the lads! Park the fecking bus!

we have got 4M, ashley is trying to claw back his losses this season No we haven't, we haven't got a pot to piss in, we are skint and still got a huge wage bill to pay for. We wouldn't be scraping around looking at loans and freebies if we money in the bank. Which is why it's imperative that we survive. We aren't going to do that with the current playing staff.

Giles Barnes was 'worth' £4m at one point.

Arsenal are still a fair way behind the top 2. Can only see a 3rd or 4th place finish for them if i'm honest.
-
I remember Collymore talking about him before the England game. Said he was by far the weakest link in their defence.

A mate I went to uni with lives on Darras Road, never figured out which hoose was Shearer's in all the times I was there. Which is it?
-
Are you joking? We'd probably get £8-10m from that nutjob.

I explained in 3 posts why I felt I was right, read above, you ignorant nonce. Mancini knows far more than us about Hart, so his opinion is pretty f***ing valid in this case. He has his pick of keepers, moreso than any manager in the world, basically . He's chosen Joe Hart. My arguement was by no means predicated on this point, but it's certainly worth a mention, clearly.

Very good but flawed. Which essentially stopped him from being 'great.'

Thought all my bets had gone to hell, apparently not: http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/4424/mofoe.jpg Returns £397.

When are Arsenal ever going to learn? Almunia is an absolutely shocking excuse for a keeper.
-
We just don't have the players for 4-2-3-1. I'd be surprised if we were to play with that system.
-
I want Ryan Taylor to start every time we're on Sky after seeing that.

Cary Elwes and Danny Simpson on the same sofa.

Kirkland and Carson were never in the same league as Hart is now, man. And they were certainly never No.1 for their country or at a club with Shay Given and unlimited funds. I watched Given for 11 years, he never dominated his box or organised his defenders like Hart did last season. Given's past his best and Hart is now the better keeper, simple as that. If my point is so 'funny' why does Roberto Mancini agree with it? He evidently thinks that Hart is better.
-
At what point was Kirkland or Carson no.1 for a club chasing Champions League football and their country? At what point did they ever look like decent (ish) keepers who could improve in time? Hart has everything. He's already better than Shay Given, man. Your post was ridiculous and I was only one of a few to find it funny, wise up.

From his nationality.

Wigan are a shambles, hope they sink without a trace.

Was just jesting sausage, I'd hate to think what you could dig up in my (and plenty others) posts from that time and use against them now. Couldn't believe my luck that you'd be mentioning Lampard a few days after spotting it. I should have done a thorough job and searched your other posts for references to him though, to make sure it was water-tight. I'm not cut out for this baiting malarky at all. For the record, Lampard is f***ing quality (and my fantasy team captain today, so hopefully he'll bang one in, terrible choice to choose him over Drogba though). Fair play.

Can name 10 Chelsea players I'd rather have than Lampard, if every player had 15 long range efforts per game they'd eventually score. Yeah, because it's his shots that constantly have him at the top of the assist and chances created charts. Utter nonsense, Rich. http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,34138.msg658951.html#msg658951 That was 4 years ago, man. He's twice the player (at club level) now.
