That's ridiculous. I can only assume 'drunk in charge' implies that the car was in some way operational. Voice of experience talking? Not really, i wasn't done for being 'drunk in charge'.

Your only answering to the posters that are presenting opinions that you can easily brush aside. The majority here want Beckham in the squad, that could be because it's obvious what his qualities are, and that they're still worth having in the England squad. I didnt present an opinion. I posted comments by Beckhams manager at the time that contradicts what ronaldo spouts, which is utter, utter make it up as you go along s****. It contradicts nothing. Beckham has done very, very little in recent years to suggest he'd be any use in South Africa. Resorting to a Capello comment when he was actually Beckham's manager to back up your point is a little daft. Manager's laud their players with OTT praise every day of the week.
-
So is Rooney. If that shoe fits your point then it fits everyone elses. What are you talking about?
-
They were in a race for the title at that point, of course he's going to 'big up' his players. And btw, if a compliment from Capello is the only thing you can present to me from the last 3 years as a reason why he should be on the plane, my point stands. He's finished as a top level footballer, he's been very poor for Milan in their last few games and it's only a matter of time before their fans turn on him just like the cunts in LA.

Thank christ.
-
So it's basically a manger bigging up one of his own players then? Aye, and Nicky Butt's a 'fabulous player'.

Beckham made his LA Galaxy debut a month after Capello was sacked.
-
What's Beckham done in that time?
-
It's all ridiculous hype. You'd surely not start him, and as for coming off the bench when we need a goal - at the expense of genuinely dangerous players like Joe Cole and Agbonlahor?
-
"10 King road in......Ispwich."
-
Milan last season? His current Milan spell hasn't been long yet so he still could do something good. He did OK. Very little to suggest he's worthy of a place in an England 23.
-
Capello said he regretted selling him while at madrid, didn't he? Capello left Madrid at the same time Beckham did.
-
He's done nowt at club level for a long, long time now, don't be fooled by Madrid's title success in 2007.
-
So Beckham should go instead of Agbonlahor because the former is better at free-kicks?
-
Not if Englands get a free-kick in the last minute of the World Cup final. Who would you like to take it? Beckham or Agbonlahor? Beckham. Your point?
-
I never bet on owt i'm unsure of. Seems to work pretty well, net profit of just under 2100 for 2009. This year has been ok so far, no big wins yet though.
-
Beckham out, Agbonlahor in and that's a squad capable of winning it.
-
Because winning a few creates ADDICTS. :bng:

Look at Italy's strikers when they won it. Their top scorers were Toni and Materazzi with 2! Get the best out of your best players.
-
Lennon and Defore are hardly average footballers.
-
Wullie is a prime example of why the bookies like people to win and lose.
-
£7 on West Brom, Forest and Man City returns £28.

I don't have a lot of sympathy for people with addictions, but to say he deserves to die because he got pissed and drove a car is ridiculous. Beating his wife was a horrific thing to do, but again it doesn't make him the worst of the worst.
