Harewood is the sensible option given the price and the fact we know he'll score goals in our team.

You actually can't see how that's possible can you? He's been called the best midfielder in the world by pundits over here for 4 years, in my eyes that makes him pretty overrated. But he's one of the top ten midfielders imo.

He's not awful now though, he's just been playing in Peru. I watch an awful lot of South American football, I seen enough of Solano last season to know he hasn't got the legs anymore . Would be a terrible signing imo. Spoken for truth. I'd love to see him pull on the shirt once more but we're in trouble if he's playing any sort of prominent role.

I'm very curious as to how many of our games you've seen this season, Guthrie has been head and shoulders our most creative player. As far the part in bold, I can't even be bothered.

This is exactly the attitude that the owners of Arsenal and Mike Ashley are counting on. Viera is different because he can still play a bit.

Makes a complete mockery of Shepherd that in each of the 5 seasons that Butt has played for us, Speed (5 years older) has been the better player.

The reason England haven't done it in recent years is not because of the midfield. It's been a convenient excuse to escape the fact that the journalist's favourite (the cunt) hasn't scored goals in the tournaments when we've needed him to. The midfield in 2006 were ok imo and the defence were very good, we just had no cutting edge up front.

Larry Flynt himself. His goals and assits tally over the last 5 years is pretty telling. He's not really done it at international level but in the premiership he's been phenomenal.

I've got to say like, after a very encouraging start, Pancrate looks like he belongs in League 2 at best.

What if it meant Guthrie or Barton were played in the middle? That would be fantastic, but never going to happen unless two of Nolan, Smith and Butt get injured.

Ahead of Guthrie or Barton on that right-hand side would make me angry to be fair.

Ronaldo will be pulling his teeth out. I love the bloke as much as anyone. He isn't good enough any more but to see him pull on the shirt one more time would be fantastic. Heart ruling head in that respect.
