I've been a fan of Carrick for years but he's been on the way down for a while now. A Fletcher and Carrick CM isn't good enough for any side in the top half of the league, let alone Manchester United.

He's not as good as Hatem, but he's much better than poor. I see him as a much more talented, quicker version of the old Jonas with plenty of time to develop end product.
