  1. Amazing the midfield has a - supposedly good, according to the majority on here - defensive midfielder, in addition to Anita who's duites are mainly of a defensive nature yet we're still talking about the lack of protection for the defence. The sooner we see Tiote and Coloccini out of that side the better.
  2. If it stops him playing higher up the pitch they do.
  3. At least Milner's not in midfield or out wide.
  4. Did you see any when we (England) beat them at home and drew with them away?
  5. Waste of time telling that to Heza the supahfan.
  6. Pretty much yeah. Basing that on my opinion from the potential he demonstrated whilst at Montpellier. (saw a shit load of Ligue 1 games on my time off the sick with my back) but sadly it's not going to be. Fair enough. I think his lack of size and ability in the air will always hold him back in this country to an extent but he could become an NUFC great, no doubt.
  7. No I mean best ever since when? Ever?
  8. So age isn't a mitigating circumstance? He's had 2 poor world cups when alongside the likes of Owen, Crouch and Heskey. Get real.
  9. Its not nonsense, it was pretty much accepted at the time. And I'm not from anywhere near Armagh. Armagh isn't even in my country Nobody said you were.
  10. Urgh. We just need the Armagh emo to complete the set now. Bitter nonsense.
  11. One of the fittest players in the league. That makes almost as much sense.
  12. Garbage. He had a very poor WC '10, Was injured and failed to shine at '06 (at the age of 20) Scored 1 in 2 at Euro '12 and was immense at '04. This isn't the epidemic you're making it out to be.
  13. I must admit it is difficult to come up with a retort for the assertion that Wayne Rooney's career is in a state.
  14. Yeah, that's the same. Or you could just use your eyes, I suppose. Some idiots need the facts spelled out to them.
  15. And no one dared criticise him ffs. Do you live in a cave?
  16. The state he's in. He's noted for his high work rate in regard to his physical state. As a footballer he's won everything there is to win at club level and will retire as England and Man U's highest scoring player. If you're going to talk utter shit expect to be pulled on it occasionally.
  17. True, but if they lacking in physical fitness they should work hard on it to make sure they can operate at they're best. Football's not Olympic sprinting, but it's not darts either. Why've you got a bloke who neglects his body far worse than Wayne Rooney as your avatar then?
  18. A formula that had us failing to score in 6 games out of 8 with largely the same squad that Keegan had scoring 4 away at Spurs, like. Yeah, and it was "largely the same squad" that took KK around 8 games to get going. Come on, man. 6 games out of 8 with no goals.
  19. I'm leaning this way too. It feels similar to when I wanted Kinnear to replace Pardew not all that long ago. Definite short term loss for potential long term gain etc. Yep. Exactly.
  20. Ronaldo

    Shola Ameobi

Qataries buy a World Cup and Shola's going to one. Football's dead, man.
