  1. No, you can't. Mbiwa should never have been signed because we needed a player who'd immediately be able to defend at this level. MYM's more one for the future than what we badly needed. That's bullshit, there was no way to know that MYM would be ready right away. He's a young, small CB used to a slower less physical league.

Don't agree that he can't defend at this level, he's just not suited for the type of job that is required when next to Colo but he was very good until the sending off next to Willo. Exactly. He was sent off.

  4. I remember the local media (and some of the fans) accusing Laurent Robert of being heartless. Where the fuck do you even begin to start with this lot, btw? Ben Arfa and Sissoko are good footballers but they just don't want to know today at all.
  5. The fact there's actually a few people on here who think Williamson should start for us with everyone fit.
  6. Doesn't matter if we can or can't compete at the back. Just play it simple. They're shit. They've got the better defence.
  7. This is awful, we need to just keep the ball and keep it simple because we're not able to compete at the back at all.
  8. they are normally spot on with the lineups. Hope he steps up and does us and himself proud. 2 UK players starting if so. Hopefully the media will get off our backs today Who gives a fuck about that?

Everton are a better outfit, to be fair. An inferior club to a degree but their team is better.
  10. I've always just considered him an above-average manager, partly for the reason you've stated. Also had fantastic squads at his disposition pretty much throughout his managerial career. Probably one for the unpopular opinion thread... An above average manager who's won the champions league twice and did at Chelsea in his first season what Mourinho never could. Plus, very, very few of Ancelotti's players have ever had a bad word to say about him. The above is absolute nonsense, basically. He's still a negative manager and I've had that discussion with you (I think it was) who didn't agree. But I do agree with you, he's not a bad manager. He certainly wasn't negative in England with a waning Chelsea side. I can't see the goals record his team set being equalled for a long time.
