Who's to say there isnt a plan B or C? We've been here before all window and things have worked out pretty well. Lets see where we are in two weeks time.
-
I'm willing to bet a lot of money its not.
-
He’s absolutely class aye.
-
Swear he’s going to flop bad.
-
Let’s get this wrapped up now please 🙏
-
Looking forward to seeing him play, midfield will benefit from having a new dynamic.

Fuck Fulham

I understand the frustration but just need to try and enjoy it. We’ll probably end up dropping close to £200 million this summer once Ramsay and Wissa are done - not to be sniffed at. We’re competing more than we have since SBR. Revenue is growing year or year too, we’ll get there.

I get the sentiment I really do, but how is this current climate any different from years gone by? I’ve been watching football for 30 years and it’s always been dominated by a small handful of teams. Im enjoying football (Newcastle) as much as I have done since I was a kid.

Im not sure, if it’s done in the next couple of days I think he starts.

Has to be one of the most underrated players in the league the past few years? Never gets a mention. -
Seemed head and shoulders, how much did he cost? Be gone in 12 months if he keeps that up.
-
And why doesn’t he know the offside rule??

If ever ‘get into these cunts’ was applicable its this. Imagine it’ll be even worse by the time we kick off. Lots of shit will happen before then. Make it volatile as fuck. -
Excellent half, chuffed with that. Hopefully get the goal.

Hes having a good game.

Newcastle manager Eddie Howe, speaking about the siutation of Alexander Isak: "There has been no change. All my focus is on Aston Villa tomorrow. Isak's situation has been clear for a while and that will continue to be the case. "I've had a great relationship with him, you need that partnership with every player. I have to work really closely with the player for his benefit, to try and improve them. I always want to be there for him. "I don't think Isak would have done as well without that, his team mates, the supporters - he recognises that, he's an intelligent person." Will Isak play tomorrow?: "I want him to play, to train, but details of our conversations remain private." Newcastle manager Eddie Howe on how the Isak saga has impacted the other players: "In early pre-season, I have not shied away from it being a difficult time. You could see that in our performances. "But the players are strong mentally, the mood has been good, performances recently have been better. The group has reacted well. Sometimes these things can have a good effect, and we were close anyway. These things can unify you in a way you didn't know possible." Newcastle manager Eddie Howe on other transfers, including their move for Aston Villa forward Jacob Ramsey: "I am really pleased, it has been a slow burner this summer. We tried to be active early, that didn't happen. Then you're trying to turn things in a positive way. "Gradually piece by piece we have been becoming stronger. We have quality players coming in. The top end of the pitch is not ideal, but we have time." Howe then confirmed Ramsey is unlikely to play for Newcastle tomorrow, even if the deal is completed today. Aside from Isak, Eddie Howe also gave a team news update: "Everyone is available apart from Joe [Willock], and he’s not too far away himself. We have a relatively good looking squad in terms of injury news. Malick [Thiaw] will be part of the squad, he has trained two days, never easy coming in at the end of pre-season, but he’s doing well."

Aston Villa vs. Newcastle United: 16/08/25 @ 12:30 (TNT Sport)

I wouldnt put anything past this team. Eddie will have them well up for it, I imagine there's a lot of positivity around the place with the new lads that have come in too. We'll be short up top but if we can keep it tight and not give much away we've got enough on the counter to hurt them. Kick off time is shit but cant do anything about that. I'm going 1-0 toon. Eddies fucking black and white mags. -

Hope it cheers everyone the fuck up
