Not even sure why this thread has been bumped after yesterday, totally irrelevant.

so by that reckoning, 5 good games for us?
-
Well … yes of course, if you lost 1 and drew 37 it wouldn’t be a great. Was pointing out though that the one loss so far puts us in a great position for the second half of the season if we can make a couple of quality additions to turn draws to wins.
-
Spurs lost 11 and finished 4th last season, Chelsea 6 and finished 3rd. Season before 3rd and 4th both lost 9 and 2nd 6. Are we really going to lose a 3rd of our remaining games? Get a couple of quality additions + Isak and we have a massive shout of top 4.

A lot of it was down to how well Arsenal smothered him/us I think to be fair, they didnt give us a second.
-
He’s just not the main man anymore, he’s part of a squad. He’s a mint option and gives us a lot of depth when we finally get another 2 or 3 (+Isak) alongside them.

What a fucking point, warriors.

If we do want to sign him you can bet we know everything there is to know about him including his favourite nightclubs.

pressure I imagine.

Decent comments by Rodger’s ?? -
exactly my thoughts, seems to be rushing things more than usual, wasn’t as composed. Had some really lovely touches but gave the ball away needlessly at times and was bullied on the ball a couple of times which is really unusual for him. He was still involved loads though and clearly made an impact, just needs to settle down a bit.

Not nufc specifically but does anyone know where I can get official name/number printing done?

That first 30 seconds is like a wwe hardcore title match. -
He wasn’t like, go back and watch it, amount of times he broke up play and gained control, spread the play, he was class. Might not have been a stand out by his high standards but he was very very good.
-
First half he was unreal, amount of times he broke play up and picked a pass. The bloke is an artist.

Thought I was going mad …

Is this the interview that was on tonight at 7? I thought there was a proper one on?

Howe said burn came in when targett was poorly and we’ve been winning ever since so burn has earned the spot. Good competition. Targett will get plenty of games. -
He did, went to see him last Sunday at the playhouse. He was invited to the first game but didn’t want to take away from the occasion. He’s been invited back and would love to talk to the players about the city, the history etc just seems if not when. Was on good form, he’s 72, he probably has fell out of love with the game a bit, you can’t blame him , it’s changed massively from his day. But he was bubbly, seemed to be enjoying life and was on good form. Probably had enough stories to do a 10 hour stint.

going to Saudi for half season pre season

We absolutely should be. Better side but they’re still capable. Need to get a goal.
