  1. Don’t agree there, more memorable than loads of them for me - half the Man City and Man U ones blurred into one. Even Chelsea ones have. The final Ferguson one was memorable for how unmemorable it was Remember hardly anything about the last four. Granted the race has been over for a while, but just by not being Man City, and a team I’ve only ever seen do it once before, it’s more memorable and preferable to me.
  2. It was vital we beat Villa too, and we didn’t, so it’s all over anyway.
  3. There’s a possibility of Liverpool not turning up. But the idea of ‘not being able to see it’ Liverpool have lost two games all season and they’re playing a rival, that’s just silly. People get off on being pessimistic here so they can be smug if we fail. Look at the relegation thread in Howe’s first year, was insufferable.
  4. This would be such a gutter for Villa. Got a great chance at a cup and to lose to Palace in the semi, I’d be struggling
  5. This was me til ManU. (Well every game apart from a few where I was away). Just couldn’t manage for ManU, tried til the very end. What a blow to my ego and made me nervous for last two.
  6. Yeah thought this with relegation, not sure how it's normally done? E.g. Last season Forest 32 ---- Luton 26 So was 27 points enough to survive? Well yes if you were a team other than Luton, but not if you were Luton.
  7. Villa just drop 3 points and that means two wins and a draw sees us above them. I think we’ll finish ahead of them. One big thing is seeing if Chelsea put some wins together after that big Fulham win . I think we’ll do it. Not to tempt fate but as tight as it is, it could all end up being over a couple of games before the end if we beat Chelsea. At least in regards to them
  8. It’s bigger than that Exile, it’s large.
  9. If we're going to drop loads of points cos we lost to Villa away, then a Man City that drops points to Villa at home, and already has fewer points than us, is also surely going to drop points? Villa winning isn't the best but it's not a disaster - there's some spin like.
  10. On the bright side I thought Forest were about to get a big GD boost
  11. Have to remind myself to enjoy it We're fucking third and I keep catching myself wishing the season away with us over the line. Wish it away while we're at the top though and soon enough we're in another season back to 0 and potentially in for a less-good season.
  12. That’s Forest out of the CL places for first time since god knows when, they’ll really be feeling it
  13. Fuck sake, that’s their first away win since 8th December
  14. Davis is a geordie/Newcastle fan - doesn't want to play against us next week, trying to help out.
  15. Agree it’s not my preferred outcome but it’s hardly a disaster. Would leave us a point ahead of Man City with a game in hand and a point behind Villa also with a game in hand. Not to mention potentially in good positions relative to Chelsea and Forest.
  16. I just saw one of his goals on Instagram as a paid publicity post. From his official account
  17. We beat them in our last three games, with an aggregate score of 11-2.
  18. Similarly not nervous. Obviously I want a result and losing always feels shit, but we've bought some room to lose this game. I'll be very happy with a draw, a win and we're absolutely flying.
  19. That interview and growing up as a Chelsea fan in Cumbria...stay clear.
  20. Promotion has always seemed likely for Burnley, I’d be surprised if it collapsed any deal
  21. I feel like if you’re the best penalty taker at a premier league club you should be able to confidently hit it where it’s virtually certainly beyond the keeper, without any trickery. Clearly naive!
