 You can clap all you like, that's just looking at their newcastle careers. I guess Dalglish is a rubbish manager too?
-
you're talking about what happened here. Surely you must look at their managerial record and say souness is better. Roeder's not had any successes, Souness got blackburn promoted, kept them up and won a trophy! He did something no manager here as done in decades.

Midget Gems Chocolate Drops Chopras dad has got 4 shops he sees a corner he builds on it Michael Chopra's f****** s***!!! I really hope that's not sung at the mackem game. In fact i'd give chopra a little clap if anything.

Souness. Did well at Blackburn, well at Rangers and i think he did alright on the continent.

Norwich appoint Roeder, Lee Clark goes too (and now Pattison on loan)

Good luck to him -
No, and neither will Australia.

So did Bobby. 2 away wins when we came 5th. I'm worried about winning at home, this doesn't worry. We would've been winning 1-0 and conceded a late equalizer if it where that season. Our problem was not holding onto our leads. We drew plenty of games that season, we didn't lose too many on the road. This isn't the same situation. Well what about his first 2 seasons. It wasn't instant success

I wouldnt blame either striker yesterday. They were getting nothing

Did anyone hear at reading yesterday the 2 guys singing the words "Geordies" and "Geordies" to the tune of amazing grace, over and over ?

I heard he played really well preseason but i dont think ive seen him have a single game any better than average. Good player to have, but i'd like to see him dropped. I think Sam thought due to owen's size, wingers were not the way, and thought the 4 he played would be more creative.

You've got to question how long he'll be at Spurs if he does well when he dumps Seville as soon as Spurs come calling.

Are you unhappy with how we play under Allardyce?
Superior Acuña replied to Dave's topic in Football
Allardyce's long ball football is famous because it is successful. The reality is most clubs outside the top sides do it, but badly, just sam nearly/did become a top side using it. We played long ball under souness and roeder, so it would be stupid if we complained now. If the balls to martins v man city and spurs are 'long balls', more please -
He always annoyed me. He could be amusing but mostly he was a spoilt sulky kid

I wish they'd bring out a dvd for last season. I know it was crap, but i like to have a record for all the games ive been to.

This. The former especially.

I can't imagine them being too pleased with Megson. Did well at West Brom but i dont see him as a Prem manager -
Can't really say for certain as I watched the game on the telly, but it sounded to me like it did against Everton (I was there then) - like we got behind the team more after conceding. Which is pretty good imo. It wasn't brilliant or anything, but nor was it terrible - like most premiership home crowds - had a bit of a good toon toon going on for a while. They're meant to be the vocal away crowd, and for such a silent ground, i never heard them all night. Not that i care. 3-1

I found it quite funny. I noticed all the boards up on the rails at that end the other week

I wouldn't say less when you look at the prices of Kamara, Chopra and the like Agreed. No-one's going to bid anything like that money. I think he's probably worth slightly less than what we paid. He's done okay, he's got some good goals and he's also missed a few.

Spurs - Win Reading - lose Portsmouth - win Mackems - draw 7 points

Geremi has not been s****. He does an important job, its just not a glamorous one, and you are too young to understand that. I haven't been too impressed with him to be honest. I heard good things about him in pre-season, but i've seen nothing deserving of that since the season started, apart from maybe his ball to martins at man city. He's just seemed sloppy. Not terrible or anything, but average to poor. And yes, i'm young
