Because I respect others around & would not want to impede there view. I dont mind standing when I go on a rare away outing as everyone is. If the stewards do they job are paid to do end of problem really. Why not get them to move in the doorways? That's what people seem to do around us. It is sort of dissapointing i think for england to be his main ambition i think, but i don't think that's specific to us (i.e. he was the same at liverpool), but of course he is english but not a geordie. I dont understand why people have questioned his effort. Playing and playing well is obviously v important to him

I'd be happy with a draw at derby. I hope that we go for a win, but i think 5 games in, 9 pts, unbeaten (including 3 away games) is good. I know we've not played any of the big boys, but for us it doesnt seem to matter away, we'll lose to any of them. My aim is to win at home and draw away.

9 players then. That's a very good yield. Even though we havent spent that much, i dont feel that we needed to really, no point for the sake of it. It's a new team really. I'd expect at least 7 of the 9 players to be starters. Whole new defence. Why's that taken so long to happen, and it's not like it's cost very much. Fantastic.

Should do well at your level i think. He did alright as cover for us, particularly away at chelsea. Looked a bit shaky, like ramage, but younger and maybe a little better. We have a much better defence now though so didnt expect him to be used, but i think most anticipated a loan as he seemed to have some potential. The majority of the lads are doing a great job but unfortunately you may get dragged down by the muppets that you have amongst you.
