My biggest problem is we just look so disjointed and dont have much idea how to break teams down most of the time, possession is a foreign concept, we play long balls to an often isolated Cisse with no focus on the 2nd ball, make stupid defensive mistakes and commit stupid fouls. I also dont believe the players are that fit. He has to go in the summer, he has a reasonable amount of talent to play with and no idea how to use it, no fresh ideas, just nothing. Yes we played well for 20 mins yesterday but then reverted to type. He has to be bold and attack teams rather than scared of them because we often lose when decide to defend we have more chance if we attack teams

It's pretty clear they do very little defensive coaching as well - we are dreadful and keep making silly mistakes. Very rarely work as a unit, in fact I can't see one thing we do particularly well apart from rolling over for other teams. We don't seem to have a very high tempo about us, can't retain the ball, are pretty shit at hoof ball, can't take corners, free kicks or throw ins, are not very organised and can't create chances for our striker. It's been that way all season. Even last 5 or 6 seasons I can't think of any time where you would look and feel confident about us winning a game comfortably or playing good football for more than 1 game at a time

Every game I watch of other teams they at least seem to retain some level of possession and a decent level of movement. I just dont see what his tactics are meant to be. If its defensive then it doesnt look it because we are all over the place conceading goals left right and centre from mistakes. He really needs to stop worrying about other teams and just set us up to attack.
