I mean the reality is, that if he's genuinely friends with the bloke, he's not going to be heading the queue to criticise. He tiptoes around his words regarding Bruce, which says enough if you read between the lines, but he's always made it abundantly clear that he's not happy with what we are, and wants the owner out.

I generally give a new player a season's grace, however when they carry their first seasons performance into the next then IMO it's not form or adapting that's the reason for their level of performance, it's their standard. That said, we have an utterly toxic setup totally unaccommodating to adapting players.
