Like a slightly taller Anita, seems little difference in style between the two to me. More range in his passing than Anita so far I'd say.

Aaron's has been poor, I'd be inclined to take him off for Perez and go back to our usual formation with Mbemba left back.

How did the ref not see the hand full of Mitro's shirt. We badly need a pacy forward to press the back line, and Mitro needs to work on his movement in the box. He stood still when Shelvey was looking for a ball across the face.

I don't have a problem with him having his initial period out wide. He still contributed heavily despite going missing at times and it gave him an opportunity to adapt to the league in a position that wouldn't shatter his confidence early on if he fucked up. Now he's up to speed he should be in his best position.

I think Colo had a longer, more consistent period at his best that was close to or as good as Woodgate's spell for us, so would personally pick the Colo that saw us to 5th in the league... just. I don't think that best was Woodgate best though. That's fair enough. As I said before I won't tell anyone their opinion is wrong for picking either way. They are both by far and away the best two centre backs I've seen play for us. Colo fully deserved his place in team of the season the year we finished 5th and Woodgate certainly earned his move to Madrid.
