  1. Ive already written to the FA telling them that he's openly sticking his two fingers up at them by so blatantly flaunting the ban.
  2. I agree whole heartedly. Plus we have the added bonus that a Liverpool title would piss the Manchester United glory hunters off the most. I know too many Liverpool gloryhunters to be happy with them lot winning it. Me too. However the 80's glory boys have been taking it on the chin from the 90's glory boys for such a time, I'd like to see the boot on the other foot. As long as we don't have another dynasty like the past 40 odd years have been between the two clubs.

  4. Ive always loathed them but as they're the best side to watch out of the contenders, I hope they win it. Still think Man City will though.
  5. Conversely Carrick making out Sturridge had dived and appealing to the ref when he had indeed fouled him.
  6. Jan Molby In a League Cup replay against Coventry at Anfield. 3 days later vs Coventry in the League at Anfield, he scored another 2
  7. Cleats? Nah, nee idea. Part of a French woman's lady garden isn't it?
  8. Mole don't half talk shite at times Kompany is the best central defender in the league despite not being as good as he was in City's title season. Comfortably better than both Terry and Mertesacker and Koscielny and any other central defender playing in the Premier League. Even Steven Taylor.
  9. .National Hunt rarely overturn results. Quite rare for the stewards to get involved at all whereas Flat racing they're commonplace. I thought LW should've lost the race tbh.
  10. Felix Yonger, Al Ferof, Fingals Bay and Colour Squadron for my lucky 15 today.
  11. Faugheen, Dell Arca, Sizing Europe and Shaneshill in a 50p lucky 15.
  12. I think you'll have a big turnaround in players, and for someone under the kind of pressure Moyes will be under, a gelling in period, which with the rebuilding, is inevitable, may not be tolerated.
  13. As far as FFP goes it's obviously a great deal for Manchester United. We're obviously envious of your books. As fantastic as ours are too. The question is can Moyes spend the money correctly, and even if he can, will he have as much as the other Manchester club? They're the questions you should be asking.
  14. Obviously. If it wasn't the case, our cup teams would sail through when called upon would they not?
  15. Other clubs have more strength in depth as they have owners who spend money on players. Thus they have better results when resting first teamers. see i don't like this approach as it plays in the 'pardew can do nothing about it' viewpoint having to play youngsters or reserves is nothing new in football, he just can't get performances out of them when he needs to play them, it all comes back to pardiola in the end The squad is criminally under size and strength though. That isnt saying that if it wasn't Pardew wouldn't make a pigs cock of it.

The British Eurovision entry of 1982 was by a duo called Bardo. If you look them up, the title of the song is quite ironic to how they got on yesterday in regard to Wembo.
  18. So why do you want him dropped when this is bang on, if he stays fit of course. Because he isn't as effective in the 4-3-3 as Sturridge, Welbeck and Sterling.
  19. Hopefully he'll go into the tournament fit as iirc except for the last Europeans when he was banned for the first games, I don't think he has been since his 2004 tournament, which obviously was his best by a country mile.
  20. Tooj is spot on here. Pick players that you know are going to play in the position they're selected in. Rooney drops far too deep for me.....oh for the 2004 Rooney. But unfortunately we haven't seen the 2004 world at his feet Rooney since Taggart got his hands on him.
  21. Sherwood was the epitome of bang average. He was however 5 times the player of Pardnut.
