  1. Apart from his finishing. Squeeze me?
  2. Good on the cameras not showing the plane.
  3. Probably a bowl of jellied eels.
  4. Playing some good stuff, Alderweirald superb defending there.
  5. Can only be a bombscare can't it?
  6. I'm shit at hypothetical questions and always have been, I hate them so don't usually answer them. Did you ever answer the "should we go to war with Hitler" one?
  7. The reason I voted B is purely because I believe Rafa wouldn't come unless he had total control of football matters.
  8. Not many will get that reference, certainly not the Yanks. [emoji3]

My mates watch him every week. All to a man say he's way too good for League 1. Most think he will tear up the Championship. Some think, even now, he'd score a good amount (10+) in the Premiership.
  10. For one brief moment, I thought this was going to be the "every cloud" post.
  11. Copied from Pardle's leaving speech from here that.
  12. What the f*** is this supposed to mean? I think TCD is on an SL2 1992 vibe[emoji13]
  13. After all I make exceedingly good cakes. Yep "French Fancies, Battenberg" or this http://www.poetryfoundation.org/poems-and-poets/poems/detail/46473 What's that referee got to do with it?
  14. Really doesn't bother me tbh. They haven't got a fucking clue. Them Man U followers are even worse. One reckons us going down had cost them a guaranteed 6 points "like we always get". I had to ask him how he blocks the games they don't win out. [emoji3] Might use the same technique and make out we're champions.
  15. Down with the Villa sang the glory hunting Manchester United cunts at work. You'll be fucking going down if you keep on was my reply. Even getting ripped by armchair Coventry supporters [emoji3]

Yeah, that 87-88 team is without doubt, the best side I've ever seen. And OK, anybody would sign Barnes and Beardsley, but the style they played in. I saw them totally crush a very good Coventry side at Highfield Road. Barnes and Beardsley were superb but star of the show was Steve Nicol, constantly marauding the right flank. He also had to replace the best finisher in the game so to say he didn't build anything is nonsense, I agree.
  17. Ah old sit on the fence Brooking.
