  1. I love him like, can't wait until we control possession a bit better and he's the best striker in the league.

    Paul Dummett

Why would it be his last game?
  3. I was surprised we went with the changes so early to try and win it, very happy we did though.
  4. Gallagher is just all running and not much else, from what I've seen.
  5. Like the Sheffield lads, need at least one of the Sheffields in the PL.
  6. Has that permanently for every game. Guess they don't have the ability to remove a line of code
  7. Gallagher should be nowhere near the England squad anyway.
  8. Yeah, someone else is buying it at the same moment I guess, it's slow to respond.
  9. I did wonder after the Sheff Utd game home it was possible that 6 different members of the TF crew all had tickets. Guess they probably are all season ticket holders anyway.
  10. I don’t who they referees are TBH, haven’t a clue if he’s good or bad.

    Fabian Schär

I don’t consider Colo one of the best players we’ve had like. Maybe because of the time period he played in I wasn’t really attached to anyone very much.
  12. Well, he usually makes loads of changes but luckily his entire squad is class.

    Anthony Gordon

I thought it was a great signing, I just meant that the way he was perceived was generally the reason people didn't like him coming in.

His first 6 months were fine, totally normal for a young player moving clubs. We just hated him because he was a little scouse rat who people didn’t like.

But I don't get why advantage should be more important than intention. If the ball hits your hand by accident, and then you assist a goal, why should you be penalised for the ball hitting you? Personally I would have almost no handballs in football, really limited to when someone clearly and deliberately plays the ball with their hand.

You're right, the ball went further towards the line after hitting his hand, that's why he has to use his foot to keep it in play. That might've been part of the reason they decided to give the goal TBH, since he didn't gain any advantage (though I don't know if that's part of the rule).
  17. It was a borderline red for me. He intended to leave something on the man and could easily have caused a serious injury.

It's not a handball, it's accidental and he didn't score, the rule is clear. FWIW I don't think anything accidental should be a handball, it's ridiculous to punish people for the ball randomly touching their hand.
  19. I went for Gordon even though I knew he wouldn't start, got incredibly lucky there.

Always backed him, his 'bad' attitude for Everton was clearly because he cared a lot and the club was a disaster. Although maybe he had some moderating of his attitude to do, it was clear he was a winner. And his technical ability and game sense is excellent and always has been.
  21. Saw a mad graph about Bruno being the most pressured player in European football this weekend, he usually receives an absolutely insane amount of presses. I guess he invites it by the way he takes extra touches and is prepared to put the ball a bit at risk, but I guess there'll be an adaptation period for him to maximise his impact in those circumstances.
