This was my question. Seeing the federal prosecutor suggests this is a criminal rather than football matter. I guess the FA don’t ban everyone who is convicted of any crime? Joelinton and his drink driving for example.

So this is a criminal case, but the punishment would be a ban from football? Quite odd. I didn’t even realise the courts could/would ban people from doing their job.

Italian authorities don’t have the power to ban someone from world football, do they? If not, then who would hand out a ban and what would it cover? Haven't a clue about any of this.

I'm not convinced we can judge him as 'not good technically' like. Would be quite strange for a guy who's a mainstay for Italy and Milan, a set-piece specialist and one of the most promising CMs of his age anywhere in Europe. I know he made some mistakes so far but you could easily put that down to nerves, settling into a new league, getting to know his teammates, fatigue etc.

There's probably several millions of pounds just from having a decent club shop with some actual products.
