Generalising and conflating two points there I think (Waugh). Some sales are needed generally in PSR world, I don't think we needed £7m for Miggy to avoid a points deduction specifically.
-
I think he just says no to everything because most transfer links don't happen.
-
Can we please stop with this?
-
I mean, who knows what Bournemouth fans would say but I assume they all think he's a legend for basically saving the club. They're in a once-in-a-lifetime situation now so you could understand them getting a bit carried away with Iraola. Similar with Keegan/Howe for us in a way.
-
Interesting one Targett, on paper he's a really good backup LB (certainly our best) but obviously he's never really been available. Frees up a squad place and some wages I guess.

It would be an expected goal if penalties and 1-on-1 chances were scored 100% of the time.

Well obviously

I also believe Isak is being stretched out a little for his stamina. He never used to be able to play effectively for more than about 60 minutes. A bit risky of course. -
I can’t say anything, I’m the resale scum sitting beside people who had the same season ticket for 40 years

I’m sure Howe would agree with most of this, but as a professional manager the main thing he needs to consider is winning the game. That’s probably where the main divide between fan and professional opinion would be. -
I guess it’s their main chance to go out drinking in a week.

A few, not that many. Just as many corners, throws and players lying on the ground as there is scrums and line-outs in rugby. Agree the engagement is different in some ways, but there’s plenty of people chatting to their mates throughout a football match as well.
-
Also isn’t an all-round player and a lot of teams won’t want a pure finisher.
-
Clearly he’s brilliant at listening and following instructions, he’s doing amazing work this season. Signs the coaches are going to the next level with him as well, these left foot shots are a relatively new addition. As a confirmed hater in the past, happy to be able to like him now.
-
Of course they are but I’d be surprised to see him start for them for any significant length of time. I don’t know who’s in their squad though. I assumed he’d be a rotation option for them.
-
Yes but I think he was intended to be 3rd behind Wilson. That said, I would rather play him than sign someone else of a similar profile.
-
Duran is quite limited though, he’s purely a shooter. I don’t see him starting for a top European club.
-
Decent point actually.
-
Rugby is basically the same as football but the fans are trusted because they’re more posh and the culture is different.

Duran capitalising on a purple patch to make untold wealth. Smart lad.
