Think I’m in wildcard territory TBH, about 6 of my picks already look like mistakes.

Has to be less than Sky plus Amazon plus TNT though doesn’t it? And at least they get all the games. -
Keeping it cagey with the thread title.

Glad I held back for the last 15 years now.

So do we, in fact probably more if you have Sky, Amazon and TNT. And you still can’t watch 3pm games. -

It’s a good team but it lacks a bit of craft without Gundogan, Bernardo Silva and De Bruyne. -
I like these new yellow card rules, very funny to see dissent actually be punished for once.
-
It’s really getting silly how little commentators know compared to what is actually happening.
-
You lost me at your favourite UK city being Leeds.
-
Thought it was decent but very shallow. Little but disappointing compared to the Man City one where you get details of everything that goes on inside the club, training, tactics and all that.

I’m neutral about most players who leave us TBH, especially the ones I don’t have any affection for (which is most of the Ashley era signings).
-
TBF he’s probably better than anything they have.
-
Assume he’s been on the marching powder, but fair enough.
-
Class that his parents are there. Can imagine we really impress players’ families with the detail and effort we go to.
-
Went out of his way to mention Ben Parkinson as well, absolutely class act.
-
Be very surprised if they do.
-
Win-win for the likes of Edwards really. He can publish reams of absolute bullshit to generate engagement, which it does. If he's completely wrong then nobody cares. Obviously he adds no value to anything but we already knew that.

They could bring Stones and Diaz back in for this, so the defence might not be much of an issue for them. We have a chance though, whether it's gone from 10 to 20% or 40 to 50% I'm not quite sure. -
"Our final signing" probably means that Chiesa is in the next room doing his media stuff.
-
Also nobody knows how these deals are structured, I guess.

Loan would be basically an accounting thing and definitely made permanent later?

When I played football in London quite a few friends I talked to didn't know who Mike Ashley was and why we didn't like him. I stopped expecting them to know anything about NUFC after that.
