We're simply spending the money from the Carroll sale, and I firmly believe that if we hadn't sold Carroll in January then we wouldn't be throwing much money about in this window in transfer fees. Definitely pleased with this signing but desperately want us to bring N'Zogbia home and also another striker who could be seen as more 'reliable', especially with ACN set to hit us during a difficult period.

I would love to see us bring Ba in. He has goals in him but to be on the safe side I'd also like to see us go for someone like Sturridge as well. Bottom line, 2 strikers are definitely needed.

Apparently his team, South China, failed to win the Hong Kong league for the first time in five years, and they crashed out of their Asian competition as well. I'm in agreement with this. My biggest concern though is how well he'll do in the transfer market this summer. Always a big test for any manager.
