I have to say i disagree, Liverpool have had just as many pannings and back page spreads as we have this season, with DIC, Hicks & Gillette, Benitez, Parry and everything else going on. I mean this isn't even a Liverpool site and there is a massive ongoing thread about them! Definitely. Every time there's been a peep out of any of the above the press have got all hysterical about it. Some weeks there's a bigger mountain to be made out of the molehill at St. James', other weeks at Anfield. We have Newcastle threads on our forums, too Why would you lot be so arsed about us, we aren't even a big club.

The 60m quid not enough? Fans dont see a fcking penny of that, sure some clubs have reduced ticket prices for fans but you have to think of the traveling fans.

The game would not be a spectial without fans, especialy as away fans make all the noise now in most grounds.

LIke I've said before, if a TV company wants to shift a game with little notice or they want to shift it to an awkward time for traveling fans then they should pay towards the cost of the tickets.

Thats one hell of a loss, would be interesting to see a break down of that.

A lot of Muslims won't go anywhere where people are drinking. A lot will, but a lot won't. Doesn't seem to me a big deal to offer them this opportunity (it isn't going to be a regular thing with some kind of 'Muslim section' - it is about getting people in to actually see the match, and realising that it isn't the hell they might imagine it to have been. Although, had it been the 1-1 at home to Boro, or the defeat to the Mackems rather than a 4-0 win, they'd never be back.
