Don't think he'll start Willo. Not sure with Shola, wouldn't be surprised if he did. Don't know what Pards see's in Shola but whatever it is, Pards clearly thinks it's invaluable! Think we'll win this one no matter what Pards does. Think the underperforming players will up their game (Colo, Santon, Cisse and to an extent Marveaux). Jonas and Shola can't do any better imho.

I think his close control is quite excellent. Really surprising how well he can dribble out of tight spot. He's very tall and will take about of time to get some strength. He obviously needs to learn to read the game, get his head up and make better decisions. It looks like it's happening a bit fast for him at the moment. As said, some loan time would be very good for him. Probs a decent footballing League One team for a season.

Was it not just that our passing game wasn't as fluent without Cabaye running it? Before the Marveaux sub we started punting it over his head a little too often. To no effect whatsoever.
