Spurs job is similar to ours, not many leave with an enhanced reputation. Could see it being Glasner, but think he has the same struggles as Frank did. De Zerbi would be an interesting appointment.

What club has hugely benefited from a new stadium? West Ham haven’t, Spurs haven’t, Arsenal only just looking as good as they were pre Emirates, Everton still early days. Man City isn’t really a valid example imo. Leaves Brentford and Brighton but they are mid table clubs at best now.

Appreciate it’s one post (comments are the same mind) but seen this plenty from Everton fans on social media (again, appreciate that it is only social media). I know SJP isn’t perfect and needs a lot of TLC, but I really don’t want to leave it.

I went there last season and it just didn’t feel like a football stadium, more of an arena. Surely that home advantage is what it’s all about. I done a stadium tour of SJP the other week and they were talking about the big differences between the home and away changers, then you have the slope on the pitch (love that quirk) and the general working class feel we have at SJP, it is our home. Spurs roll out the red carpet, make it nice and comfortable. Stadium mainly full of tourists, people filming and corporate types. And as stated, it hasn’t helped them.

Never really got the dislike people on here have for Spurs. Saying that, it would be very funny to see them go down. That new stadium not the springboard to success that people would have had you believe it was to be.
