    pretty sure we do
  3. a set of handcuffs and some chloroform can change that
  4. we're strong in every area, so much so that we've loaned and sold a bunch of our players plenty of squad depth to go around, 1 player on loan is all we needed after last seasons triumphs
  5. This is basically going to be a last minute mad scramble isn't it? If it does happen, you can gurantee we'll fuck it up or JFK will fall ill on deadline day
  6. He had a shite game, that's just a fact but we all know he's a reet canny player. All other times I've seen him he's been quality, so I'll just mark down last night as a blip for him. As others have said, Good and Dummet had a very promising game.
  7. I see cabaye staying and us proclaiming it as a successful window. If he stays, I can't see us getting more bodies in
  8. we look like shitting our pants whenever they come at us. no excuses for the players on the pitch as they should be playing far better than this sammy is our only positive but as people have said, this shows how poor in depth we are
  9. think he'll make it into the match squad? YOUNG Newcastle United striker Adam Armstrong has revealed he has been selected in the Magpies’ squad for tonight’s League Cup tie at Morecambe. Armstrong, 16, is built “like a young Wayne Rooney” and has a style of play similar to the Manchester United striker, according to Newcastle’s official website. Rooney is also Armstrong’s idol, and the youngster may get the chance to impress in front of the TV cameras tonight. He tweeted: “Buzzing! In the squad for the first team tonight against Morecambe! #capitalonecup #dreamcometrue” It remains to be seen whether Armstrong will make Newcastle’s final matchday squad of 18, as they have in the past allowed youngsters to train with the first-team on the pitch ahead of games. However, if he does make the bench, it will cap a remarkable rise for the teenager. Armstrong only made his debut for Newcastle’s under-21 side against Reading two weeks ago, before scoring at St James’s Park against Wolves five days later.
  10. Would be fine with this, but can't see it happening. Would be weird and would much prefer having a permanent signing over a loan but beggars can't be choosers!
  11. I thought everyone knew he was at our training ground earlier
