It sometimes has a bearing on the match thread though. Some of it is fine, but some repeat offenders seem to have total meltdowns over every player going down, for instance.

Think he was being sarcastic. -
Schar hit the post from a free kick

Just fantastic, this guy

Yes it is boring but you continue at it, and then complain that it’s everyone else’s fault. You really could do well taking a look at yourself, man. It hasn’t been just one person giving you shit. It’s been a fair few over the seasons. But your I’m being repressed attitude is just a tad absurd
-
I did say that you have been much better lately, dude, but you’ve created a Pavlovian response and demonstrate zero self awareness and instead blame the many people who have pointed this out over the years.
-
I think it is the repeat offending. As I said before, you have a rep for a reason. I’m fairly confident that a large percentage of the forum expects a negative comment when they see you’ve posted. You’ve been much better about it recently mind you
-
He also makes some really clever runs to get in the position to sky it over. he seems to be gaining IQ points as he plays more.
-
I’m just giving you some shit.

David will think of some.

pretty much because he uses his face as a battering ram

"Yeah you guys should go get the fella who relegated Bournemouth" -
Or perhaps some of them are really that fucking stupid. Collymore was never going to be invited by MENSA. But we are in the age of the shock jock.
-
"They should consider moving on from Howe if he gets in the Champions League, and replace him with someone with the pedigree to get them in the Champions League." Some of these ex footballers are just remarkably fucking moronic.

We could have been torn to pieces by Arsenal in the first 20 minutes before adapting. Wouldn't say that it was evenly matched for the first hour.

Really shit news. Phenomenal player. Synonymous with the PL. Amazing that he was old and at the end of his career, and all of his great achievements at Sampdoria and Juventus were in the past, but he was still the highest quality for a few years when he went to Chelsea despite being Gullited.

as if Saka is just some average player. We did brilliant to shut him down, whether it was individually or by committee. Burn had a part to play in that.

Seriously. I think Berhalter is a tool, but this is just so fucked, and put a stigma on their boy for awhile. -

You ever wonder how you got this reputation? That would take a little self reflection, so I guess I answered my question. Clown. -

11 GA in 17 is just absolutely absured (5 of those were from Liverpool and Man City), and such a pleasant surprise. -

You really should take a look in the mirror, dude. You’re MO has been constant complaining for years. So to accuse others of that in this context is a bit of gaslighting. I’d be somewhat shocked if anyone on here expected an optimistic post when they see you’ve posted. Your six forced optimism posts are buried under 200,000 negative ones. -

You’ve made a career of it here -
Just had some dipshit tell me that how could I possibly progoundly comment on Pele if I never saw him live. He then went on to say that he didn't have nearly the impact on his sport as Jonah Lomu in rugby. This is because I said that Pele revolutionized the game, which pretty much every serious football supporter is aware of. Some fools just love taking the snide contrarion role.
-
Beyond his alien skills and intelligence, he just embodied the joy of the game. He was like an avatar of what we all love about it.

well, Pele and Garrincha
