Must be nice. As a fanbase we're fishing dimes from under the vending machine and you drop folding money like It may look like sour grapes (we haven't lost yet, but we look spent), but these Supercups/Community Shields/whatever are pointless, man. What's not pointless is the proper trophies you have to win to qualify for them. The only one I mildly care about is the Club World Cup, and only because of the patch you get to wear if you win. I wish there could be a proper Club World Cup. Like a FIFA Champions League or some shit. Would be glorious, always make one on FM.

Tip for next week: Bodø/Glimt are hot as fuck at the moment on a six game winning streak, valued at 5.00 against a not so hot Viking team. I'd forget to mention it until it was too late next week, so just throwing that on here now. Other than that there's no reason to expect neither Rosenborg or Stabæk to not continue marching on to victory next weekend.

Are you fucking kidding me? What?

Well it clearly did as we never invited pressure like that when he was on the pitch and as soon as he goes off we are magically allowing Southampton to pass around our box and sitting very deep. Not a coincidence. Attacking players tiring is usually a recipe for inviting pressure, no? Check out our attacks after Tiote came on and before he came on. When we moved forward with Tiote in the side, he stays back with Colback making us having six men behind and no connection between midfield and attack, especially after De Jong came on and basically played as another forward. With Anita we looked more like this: Colback Anita Sissoko Wijnaldum Obertan Cisse After it looked more like Colback Tiote Sissoko Obertan De Jong Mitrovic

Stabæk looking very good value again. £100 on Rosenborg & Stabæk @ 6.00 £25 on Rosenborg, Stabæk, Bodø/Glimt, Ranheim & Strømmen @ 65.45 returns £1636.40
-
It's not Anita going off that changed things in itself, it's Tiote coming on and changing the entire composition of our midfield by making us a lot deeper. This in turn exacerbated by De Jong coming on and staying much further upfield than Wiijnaldum.
-
How do I choose which? Jesus promised to end all wicked people. Odin promised to remove all the ice giants. I don't see no ice giants.
-
Nope, movement died when Wijnaldum got tired. It played a part, but Colback and Tiote both on have made us far too deep and disconnected from the attack.
-
Should've been De Jong on for Anita, Mitro for Cisse and Obertan for Aarons/Perez. Fucking Tiote killed our groove.
-
That full back came off at HT, didn't he? Or do they have two with the same name?

Being hand of the king requires you to be there when he needs it. Love it. Charnley Master of Coin? Negotiating with the Iron Bank of Burnham.

I am excited and entertained. What is this feeling.

If only Cisse could play football as well as score we'd win the fucking league.
