  1. Even with black and white tinted glasses I'd not complain about the legitimacy if Mike was sent off for that.

People should start pretending to agree with Caulkin that Ash is a muppet. I wonder how many would get RT's from him.

    WC 2018

    Pedro would like that.

    WC 2018

Reaching a healthy middle ground of those extremes could potentially see both Norway and Korea produce great quality players. Shame that'll never happen.

    WC 2018

True. We just don't have a history of breeding world class players and the way our focus on youth remains shit, I doubt we'll see any in the near future. Our youth system being shit with "Let's let everybody play and not focus on the ones with talent grouping them together and letting them play against other talented kids to get even better. It's just about having fun at this age and letting shit kids have fun as well, not about letting talents develop. Duh!" up until they're like... 12

    WC 2018

Like Norway would be close to competing in a WC in 2022. Tchh. We'll be at the next EC and then it's over as Drillo will be gone. I've an ambition of living and working in the States by 2022, mind. Which is another reason why I'm hoping they'll get it. I've not an ambition of dying in Pyongyang.

If the Yanks don't get 2022 I'm gonna cry. Or well, not really. But it'll really be quite annoying.
  8. It's a shit read, as the MLS does not have the rights to NASL history and thus the entire main point of the article is gone. The main point is the inability of the MLS to create any history. I'm quite sure that the rights to NASL material can be purchased or licensed, if necessary. So the only point of your post is gone. No, as the NASL are restarting as a league your point is gone. Of course they'll keep their history, it'll be a goldmine for them. And the MLS are happily using what history they've created in their match promotions, even a few rivaleries in the making and more fans making away trips.
  9. It's a s*** read, as the MLS does not have the rights to NASL history and thus the entire main point of the article is gone. That's the mis-conception, that you can just bring back the Cosmos etc no problem. The Cosmos can, and probably will, be coming back. But they MLS will still not own the rights to Cosmos' NASL history as the Cosmos will be founded anew as an MLS franchise.
  10. About 2 before last night. Argentina beat them 4-1 a couple of months ago. Not to mention Switzerland at the world cup I won £604.5 last night, what did you guys win?

  12. Would depend on if we do reasonable well. Don't think he'd stay forever if we kept fighting relegation season after season.
  13. Spain are undefeated in how many matches now? Put a cheeky fiver on a draw @ 9.00 and a cheecky £2 on a Spain win @ 25.00
  14. Should never pay any attention to those rankings. Pointless things. They're a marker on current form, and usually remains a good marker even though it pretends to say that it gives the ranking of the best nations in the world, which it doesn't. I look at it as a guide to which nations have been in good form recently compared to others. That said, you still shouldn't be 6th. You wouldn't think this because Norway are currently above World Cup QF's Paraguay amongst other teams they aren't better than would you? That was my exact point. While it does pretend to say which teams are currently the best in the world, what it does is give an indicator on form vs. opponents placed on the same ranking. Norway have not met Paraguay in recent history, so the point isn't valid as Norway have been in good form and beaten a lot of teams placed high on the rankings in the last year, whist Paraguay (albeit having a good WC) have not had the same form against team placed high on the rankings. Which team would be the better side if pitted against eachother is another discussion entirely.
  15. :snod: God help the world if we get a guy up front that can score. You got Mix so you know you're getting the assists.
  16. I enjoy moonwalks on the beach. £50 on Norway and USA £50 on England, Holland, Spain, Germany Sexy. £604.5
