I can only assume that the people who thought that was dull and negative don't care much for football that isn't played on an X-Box. The idea of this comes from the fact that the current shirt is not generally good looking, and also that it's the most expensive one in a while. This would give you a better looking shirt at the same time as supporting the SBR Foundation, rather than buying a £45 shirt and nothing going to the SBR Foundation.
