I don’t think we’ll go for Ramsdale, I’m just saying that given our current transfer strategy it’s probably a lot more likely than the likes of Carnesecchi. He’s probably not on the radar.

Eventually domestic fans will realise that the same clubs are going to dominate forever and their clubs are essentially just extras in a soap opera. Internationally though most fans will be supporters of the clubs that are winning. So most fans will be happy, the media will be happy, the sponsors and broadcasters will be happy, and the owners of fodder clubs will be happy getting leftover gravy.

Unless we go for Ramsdale I don’t think there is anyone else domestically. I’d be very surprised if we went abroad for a keeper this summer.

I quite like Chalobah and he would fit the premier league experience requirement, Chelsea would probably take the piss though. My suspicion with Guehi is that he’s already agreed it with Liverpool and is prepared to wait if necessary. Palace don’t get much say at this point, they fucked that up last year.

I was wondering if Man City would go for Costa as well, as both Ederson and Ortega are getting linked with moves away and he has been their first choice for a while. Trafford might end up as a league cup keeper.

The game across Europe is in a shocking state. The German, French, and Spanish leagues are finished, they’re dead leagues. Serie A seems more competitive but it’s mainly because it’s a chaotic shitshow. As long as the brand clubs are pulling in the money though the authorities will think all is well.

It’s inevitable that PSR will make me switch off from football, I’m just waiting for us to hit the wall and then I’m out.

It tells me that our scouts have failed to find any promising young strikers on the continent in the last 2 years, which doesn’t seem right. I suppose they don’t rate Kalimeundo which is disappointing.
