  1. Maybe, or she thought she was assaulted by a drunk prick on a train.
  2. If we’re going to lose I’d rather we got absolutely rammed, for obvious reasons.
  3. I'm just wondering who would buy his book. No fanbase likes him and no one thinks he's interesting.
  4. How can they look at that 2 dozen times and decide it wasn’t a penalty.
  5. He's already changed his role slightly, no longer managing during the game, Simon Davies has that job. Bellamy had been getting pelters too, apparently one bloke said it was the worst coached Anderlecht youth side he'd ever seen Worst start in a very ling time for Anderlecht though, he'll not get much longer. I'm really not a fan of owners fucking about experimenting with clubs like Anderlecht. They're a CL / Europa League team for christ sake, appoint a manager who has earned the right to manage at that level. I missed that, Bellamy going to be a youth coach at Anderlecht. I thought Kompany was a smart bloke.
  6. It reminds me of one of those pieces that looks at the humble beginnings of a boxer, having to train in an old soviet era gym. But hey, we can't compete with Man City for gym equipment.
  7. Captain Pugwash will steer us right, the squad just needs time to get used to his complex tactics.
  8. Back to being the joke of the league already. Fast work from Bruce.

    Isaac Hayden

Top players have struggled with Rafa, he’s ruthless and sets high standards. The relegation fodder in our squad will feel the pressure is off now, I’m not surprised they’re happier. Who they’ll blame when we go down though I don’t know.

  11. 2 year contract tells me we have no confidence he'll be any good.

    Joelinton

I can only assume this lad is desperate for a move if he's coming here now.
  13. I’m sort of glad in a way, if they appointed someone credible or interesting I might be tempted to watch, and ofcourse I would end up disappointed. As it is, my only option is to hope it all crashes and burns.
  14. Good for him, I would be handing in a transfer request if I was a player.

    Women's Football

For all the debate over VAR atleast it has settled one argument, the referee's really are just shit, even when they get to look at a replay a dozen times.
  16. If it did happen it's because the kid made the link between man/woman and Manchester. It wasn't social commentary. Maybe if the kid had said transchester vs womanchester.
  17. Do clubs usually interview a number of managers? If a club identifies one that they want and go for him, and he wants the job, they still have to interview one other, even when it’s public knowledge who is going to be getting the job?
  18. That sounds a bit illegal.
  19. I'm sure i've heard of athletes having women sign a consent contract.
  20. Odd game that, two knackered teams massively underperforming. I felt like I was watching a friendly tournament final rather than the biggest game in club football. I supppose finals are often shit.
  21. Sometimes it's the buyer that's the problem as well to be fair. Peter Kenyon for example clearly didn't have the required investors onboard and in the end was trying to raise £1m investments. It was all a bit embarrassing.
  22. According to @waeljabir yes. That website can't be real, it's absolute shite. That website killed it for me. "pioneer extraordinaire" my arse, that Claude bloke on the apprentice would tear that nonsense apart.
  23. I think Bolton just had a huge drama over it. A chancer led everyone to believe he was taking over the club, but the money wasn't there and it all fell through. I suppose these people think they can get the ball rolling to show investors they're serious, and then try to raise money. It looks like that's what Peter Kenyon tried to do. Not saying this is the same thing. Though it could be.
