Yep. It's amazing that he is actually the problem according to some, I mean of all things to blame! He is a part of one of our biggest problems which is that we seem to have no forward player that knows how to put the ball on the net.

Its strange to see a striker (if he is a striker) who doesn't know how to kick the ball properly, every time he does he's off balance or his body movement is wrong and its either too weak or off target.

Have to say he looked like he was a retired player back to play in a charity game against Everton, looked absolutely knackered and they were just targeting him and running past him every time.

He really is our only real threat at the moment, apparently he broke the record for the number of Arial dual won in one game during the Everton game, and got a good assist for the goal.

He missed some really good chances and once again it has cost us, i admire his work ethic but he's signed to do some damage upfront not just run around.

Very poor game today, seems like with him playing on and off he's not able to get into games, always looking off pace but hopefully this will push him to be better. Agree that we won't see many players improving under Bruce.

Can't blame him for everything today as we gave away 3 silly goals which he could do nothing about, his changes were a bit peculiar though.

From time to time he does this, his mistake today started the pile of shit that came afterwards, he really needs to cut these mistakes from his game.

He needs to be dropped in my opinion, Gayle came on and at least offered something different, Joe's confidence is shot and he isn't working as hard as he used to when he first joined, i think he will be a good impact sub.

Really happy for him, unlike Joelinton he hasn't let his head drop and even before his goal today he was working his socks off both in attack and defense, deserved that goal.

He looked a class above in the first half today, faded a bit in the second but did all he had to do, good performance.

Fantastic today, he saved a few one on ones and looked very comfortable.

Good game today, looked a bit rusty at the start but it's his first game in a long time and he'll only get better from here.
