I'm not really a fan of him, when he first joined i thought he just needed time to get used to the league, reality is his decision making is poor and he misses a lot of chances, 2 goals in 40 league games is an awful return for an attacking midfielder, i hope he does get to improve but i don't see it happening under Bruce.

Went back to his old self yesterday, he does put himself about but you never really see him in the right place or looking for an opportunity to score or assist, Carroll came on and instantly we looked like we have some threat upfront.

He's a better striker than Joelinton in my opinion and does bring something positive to team, you can tell we play better as a team with him upfront, shame he can't stay fit.

He did superb today, really put in a shift in midfield and allowed the rest to play more freely.

Showed good mental strength to get that awful first half out of his head, second half was his best for us this season.

What a fantastic player he is, makes things happen all the time and runs his socks off all game.
