McCoy sat on Hurricane fly the whole race and let Jezki get away, poor.

Vintage Mourinho, in his teams's display and interview.

Cech Ivanovic Kompany Terry Shaw Gerrard Toure Silva Suarez Sturridge Aguero Bale all day.

Hart Johnson - Cahill - Jagielka - Baines Gerrard Henderson Lallana Sterling Rooney Sturridge Keepers: Forster, Foster Defenders: Smalling, Jones, Cole Midfielders: Carrick, Ox, Wilshere, Townsend, Strikers: Welbeck, Carroll, Rodriguez J-Rod and Welbeck basically become left forwards in this system anyway, and the Ox can be a much better Boring James Milner in terms of cross midfield cover. Ultimately you need to have a nucleus of players used to playing with one another and Liverpool provide the blueprint with which we need to utilise.
-
Fully agree with this. Rooney and Gerrard are too similar in that they both need to operate in space and be on the ball constantly.

The kind where, on a football pitch occasionally people square up to each other. Especially if said person had just shoved the other out of the way. As said before, all I do is try and put myself in the situation. Doesn't make it right, doesn't change the fact Pardew is a mediocre shit sprouting manager playing mostly hoof-it football, but on this alone its being blown way overboard.
-
This really is typical modern overreaction, mainly from the mainstream Sun headlining media. Did someone really just compare Pardew to Hitler?
-
Yeah, to be fair I pushed someone at 5 a side last week, better off i'm sacked and placed on the dole before too long eh.
-
Good to see the self righteous holier than thou at it again. Nice one guys, never even turned a stone in anger, you pillars of calm you. Are you the same cunts that complain over Top Gear?
-
Anyone who thinks he should be sacked PURELY for this incident is a fucking moron. I would add anyone who thinks he should be sacked is including their personal feelings over his management.
-
I think the fine is fair and the FA ban will ultimately probably be fair. Should stop him behaving like a teenager in future games. At the same time it's still been massively over exaggerated.
-
Football turns normally nice people into cunts. I know this, it happens to me. Something to do with a competitive edge, should it happen, no but it does from time to time. This is typical modern over-reactive spilt milk sand in vag crying. Shake hands, man up, move on, job done.

I'm now getting puzzled how our performances do change game to game. It basically depends entirely on which side scores the first goal. As do 99% of football matches in general!
-
Where do people actually think his best position is? From his time with us I'd say its RM in a 4, the way he's playing now..
-
The way to think about these things is how would I have reacted. If Meyler had shoved past me like that I would have pushed him back. Not put my head in mind. What he should get is a 3 match ban and a fine, like any player would. In other news, I said pre match I thought this was our best team bar Yanga for Colo. Let's just play like that every week!

Embarrassing the club? Get a grip.

Rodgers has done an incredible job with Jordan Henderson to be fair. Transformed into a proper box to box midfielder with both ability and positional sense.
-
In what way is that not boring? Sorry but I don't get excited for a 10 yard sideways pass across the midfield. Obviously passing is the most vital element of Football but to me if you pass, pass, pass then it just allows the opposition to get men behind the ball. Old Barca in vintage tiki taka mode would be able to break this down and demolish even the best teams 3,4,5-0. Nowadays though I just don't see the same tempo, invention or ambition in their passing and on occasion yes, it can be boring.
-
What annoys me about Barca is their instance upon one style and refusing to have any kind of plan B. Really grates on me that they won't just change it up when the situation dictates.

Wow, coz I think you've played w***. Are you not watching? 10 men, yes they've kept the ball. s**** upfront for a supposed attacking team. They've controlled possession away to one of the best teams in Europe as well as scored two. Not the best I've seen from them, but one of their better performances this season. It doesn't matter if they 'control possession' when it's 0-0. Hate that phrase, become what the likes of Swansea fans use as daily w*** material. It does when you are away to a very good team as it stops the other team from attacking because you have the ball. It doesn't really matter as far as attacking goes unless you are creating chances to go along with it, which Barca were They created chances when City had 10 men, not really before. The only point to this game is the stupidity of Demichelis. What was Demichelis meant to do really? It wasn't his fault the other centre half had left so much space for the through ball to go into. He probably could have tackled him a bit earlier so it wouldn't be a penalty but every defender in the world would have made that tackle. You would genuinely be better off letting him score than going down to 10. I don't see how he can ever think he can win the ball. All Barca have shown is an ability to kill off an outnumbered opponent, even then they gave up a number of good chances.

Because he hasn't played in the PL? He's played for pretty much all the top clubs he could have FFS 2 years in Spain granted, but most of the rest in that horrible Italian bollocks and now France. Just a shame such a great player has been wasted like that. Jesus Christ. Ron Brittania is seriously the most fitting name I've ever seen anyone be called. Get a grip. Where could Ibra have gone to make his career better? The PL, it's not the be all and end all man, he's played for Ajax/Milan/Juve/Barca he's literally don't the opposite of waste his career Saying Ibra has wasted his career playing for 5 historically enormous clubs in 3 nice cities (Turin being the only meh city). Aside from 2 years at Barca he's played for the biggest clubs in leagues outside the big 3 that average less in attendances than the Championship. He's a better player than that. Just one year actually. He's one player that I agree should have achieved more given his ability (which is saying something given his trophy cabinet). I rate him immensely but his eyes haven't always been on the prize and I feel he could have been mentioned in the same breadth as Messi or Ronaldo, he has that much ability. Sadly, he's been coasting since he left Barça, being a king in a frog pond. But can't fault his career up to that point. That's such pro Barcelona drivel I'm a Barça fan But dunno how that's pro-Barcelona drivel. I just said that after stuff broke down over here he seemed to give up and chose destinations with little ambition. What I mean is you basically call the French and Italian leagues as coasting and no ambitions. Whereas La Liga is 100% geared towards the success of the 2 big teams at the expense of everyone else. I mean TV revenues etc.
