Looks like he's had a face graft with Dwain Chambers as the donor and his body is in the process of rejecting it.

I was at the game and didn't once feel that we got at them or looked like scoring. I realise it was Ba's first game but he did a great impression of Shola. We put no pressure on their back line. Obertan provided some much needed pace.

After what I saw yday we still need 2 strikers. I can't remember the last home game where we didn't threaten to score or at least have 1 promising attack.

I can see us losing by 2 or 3 goals tbh. We looked pre-season yday and Sland got stronger yday as the game went on. I'm very worried, we'll need to keep possession of the ball and we don't have a striker capable of doing that.

Ba and Shola can't both play - that is clear.

Shola wouldn't cut it anywhere else as the crowd would kill him. We all know he will make a right bollock of a lot of things but we also know that at times he is almost unplayable (in a Shola way). I have absolutely no problem with him getting this extension. It's his last real prime contract and I wouldn't be surprised if it's on the same terms or possibly less. Gan on son.
