I don’t have much to back Howe right now but I’d bloody love it if he was allowed time to turn this around and succeeds. Some people always think the grass is greener with change, it might but doesn’t always work that way, I fact it might get a whole lot worse. A new manager will also need time, have not much of a budget to work with either in what might be a difficult summer to do deals with the World Cup.

In all fairness if it wasn’t for the dross at the bottom last season Spurs would be a championship team right now. There struggles go further back than just this season.

Agree it was very exhausting. Seeing the club being forced into panic buying and eventually purchasing players that were clearly unsuitable for the club was the most frustrating aspect for me. At least there is the World Cup to take some of the boredom away this summer.
