The best thing that could happen now is Rafa is sacked imho. The Rafa haters get the manager they deserve (Allardyce/Sherwood etc.), and maybe it shocks some of the others into actually doing something. I agree with this. Only 2 points from 2nd though. They could easily be very average all season and still be in with a shout for automatic promotion. Could be like last year when they were bloody awful but still in with a shout of survival until right near the end of the season.
