  1. He wouldn't be affected by having a relegation on his CV. He couldn't care less. He's got no sense of self pride. If he did, he'd have tried to improve himself over the last 20 odd years. If he can get paid for doing as little work as possible, then he's oblivious to anything else going on in the world.
  2. Lightening rod / shield to deflect attention away from Ashley.
  3. I'd rather this be a proper discussion and not a 'pile on' like the poster Joey Linton thought it might be but why on earth would you want to give this club your heard earned money. Beggars belief.
  4. Wilder I'm sure ASM, Almiron and Wilson are beside themselves with excitement at the thought of how their careers are going to progress.
  5. WOW Thanks @BlueStar and @Wullie

What a fantastic goal that is.
  7. Is he a gangster hidden in plain sight ?
  8. If we were to win arbitration and the PL are found to have acted wrongly in preventing a sale, it doesn’t seem beyond the realms of possibility to me that Mike would seek damages. After all, journalists and fans alike have entertained the very idea of Mike pursuing compensation for the last 4 months. I don’t know why you got so much s*** for that post. It might the challenge relegation bit. The sale has nothing to do with that, appointing Bruce and sticking by the idiot is solely down to Ashley. He could have prevented any danger of going down ages ago but chose not to. Would Mike not just argue that he knew he couldn’t support a PL club anymore and so needed to sell last year? "If you needed to sell Mr Ashley, why did you not lower your selling price to bring more potential buyers into the mix?" That would be a pretty stupid argument like when someone's met his price. It hasn't been sold though, 12 months after that price was met. If his argument was he needed to sell, then he could have moved on to look for more buyers once it was clear that the completing the deal with the consortium was going to be next to impossible.
  9. You're being very optimistic there.

  11. I dare say it's evidence of how little interest he has with anything to do with the club.
  12. If that were true - what would be the end game? Pissing off us supporters again? Honestly, no clue. It's a daft and highly illogical suggestion that they might be deliberately trying to get relegated but it's maybe no more or less illogical than them sitting on their hands and not doing anything about the situation.
  13. I'm starting to think that they are deliberately trying to get relegated.
  14. I've had a shit day and i'm tired. I'm not reading that
  15. He's a tedious WUM just like so many others. It's a reaction from him as he failed here because he's shit. He knows it as well.
  16. I started to agree with you but no way will we sell out the first few games if we are in the Championship, especially if Bruce is still here.
  17. I've got the cassette of that in my bedside drawer
