These recent SMF connection problems have corrected themselves quicker that they have before. Usually its about 5 minutes or so but these ones were sorted in about 30 seconds (for me anyway) Which suggests to me in layman's terms that where before it was completely overwhelming the server, now it's just being tipped over the edge. sounds so. Unless Ashley has decided not to sell and will get rid of Wise. Then the only way to win back the fans will to get Shearer and give him full control. Coloccini, Guthrie, Bassong, Jonas - all good buys at a reasonable outlay, plus some promising youngsters like Ranger. Xisco seems to be a blunder but in this game you can't be right all the time. Yet he's the man that people seem most ready to sacrifice. That's one of life's little ironies. Ashley has made his mistakes, but one thing that does do him credit is that he was prepared to stick by his man despite all the pressure. Feel free to disagree. If we get relegated because as a club, we couldnt cope with and stabilise ourselves after having lost Kevin after only 3 games of the season, I think the finger of blame needs to be pointed elsewhere. I will only be annoyed/frustrated with Kevin if we dont finish as high us as we could of under him.
