  1. Its just childish and unconstructive comments like that I think are pathetic. Whether you feel Keegan walked or not, for what he has done for us he deserves our respect. Its because you love him so much that you and Stephen927 are hurting so badly but you're too afraid to express that love to the masses. (or trying to be controversial to fell that warmth of getting a post replied to - whichever of the 2 it may be)
  2. Really? Which English League club did Avram take from the brink of extinction to within 4 points of the Premiership title in 5 seasons ? He hasn't done that. He has however come within a whisker of completing a treble of trophies in one season. The only treble Keegan has is in the number of jobs he's walked out of when the going got tough. Good god
  3. Really? Which English League club did Avram take from the brink of extinction to within 4 points of the Premiership title in 5 seasons ? best you say 'in 4 years' - sounds a lot better You know I counted back and realised but cheers as it strengthens the KK argument

  5. Sounds like Dave Whelan is offering our new owners Bruce. Was hardly a statement of "Keep your hands off you bastards" Didnt think Whelan and Ashley got on either after a row between them over replica shirt price fixing or something like that

  7. Unfortunately you have absolutely no way of knowing that he would leave those 3 out of the first team.
  8. So he won nothing then in his one season with a fantabulous squad keegan won nothing with us after spending like a fucking madman for years. bring him back though, eh? Sigh. Come on man. Suggesting Grant is a great manager because of that one season is madness man. i havent said he's great. im saying he's better than Kinnear and he most definitely is. Oh compared to Kinnear, definitely. But on the assumption we are talking about the next manager to come in when the new owners are in place, then I dont believe Grant is one of the people we should be looking at who, realistically, should we be looking at? another question is who can we realistically get? Million Dollar question isnt it as the list I think is very short. As we speak I do not know who realistically we could get but personally, I think that Spanish lad from Swansea might be worth a punt at the top level. Monumental risk I know.

  12. LIAR. Maybe, just maybe, that was Keegans genuine but mistaken out-look on the situation at the time of comment. Why should he lie about it? Straying off topic, i know, but if we're pointing the finger at dis-honest staff at the club then look no further than the owner and his chums. Sorry, but it boils my p**s that some people think KK was some kind of wolf in sheeps clothing who set out to harm the club. The club that i believe he has a lot of affection for. that he abandoned at least 3 times "Abandoned"
  13. Mind it was priceless when he dropped to his knees and prayed on the pitch after they beat Liverpool in the CL Semi-Final

If we go down, we will be getting 15-25000 next season. No you won't. He meant outside the ground
  15. Hear hear. And Duff played well yesterday FFS I hold my hands up and say I havent seen the full game but for that effort of clearing Brambles header off the line, he deserves all the criticism he gets. Embarassing
  16. Must admit I was expecting to see the incident and was surprised when it wasnt shown (when really, I guess I shouldnt have been surprised )
  17. Thats absolutely spot on. We should ignore any news until we see Ashley shaking hands with a new owner as he signs it over.
  18. Therefore becoming Grant's team of underachievers.
  19. I cant imagine Shearer would come within a million miles of the job while Ashley is still the owner
  20. Hmmmm... I am not convinced reaching the Champions League final was down to him. Seemed to be more like they did it in spite of him. I say again, he comes across like a decent man, but I am not convinced he is the man to try to take us forward.
  21. Seems like a decent fella but when I look back at KK and SBR, they both had that bubbly enthusiasm that just made you listen to what they had to say. Avram doesnt have that kind of personality and I amnot sure he could pick up players low on confidence. Still be light years better than JK though but I would be fearful of another one word answer, "yes"... "no".. press conference... we dont need that kind of PR. The press are probably still out for him after that... it would make their year if he joined us.
  22. The consistency of his poor decisions is frightening
  23. Whats the point in that comment man
