Was a bogey fixture for us last season, have got nothing to suggest we might overturn that bad forunte. You just know Bramble is going to have a blinder and the BBC will push it right to the front of MOTD.
-
I have been a very strong backer of the "dont change manager again" brigade but after this. Fuck it. Get rid.
-
BBC probably edited it out

Sad thing is Crooks is proably earning decent money churning out this shite. Has he the roundest head in football ?
-
Just seen Chimbonda's goal.... changed the offside rule have they ??
-
Had me welling up too. Just watched it on the BBC web site Cant express how much I love and respect that man. Is there a human being alive who doesnt feel the same way about him ?
-
I bet she's fucking hopeless if she ever has to fake an orgasm. " Ooooooh... your making me come apologetically"
-

The article must be basing it all on current market value ?

I wasn't at the game, but I saw the whole of the match on Sky. Birmingham had a couple of good spells, but overall I thought we were well worth the win. It's all down to opinion, but check out the stats - we were 56% - 44% up on possession, 55% - 45% up on territory, and had 17 shots against 6. I can't see how that's being 'dominated'. I can only think that, like the commentary teams yesterday and on Wednesday, the media are talking about the game that they expected or wanted to see, and not the one that actually happened. Absolutely spot on. There was a Scouse tosser on Talk Sport (should be called Talk Sh*te when Townsend and Parry are on) this morning and whining about how fantastic Liverpool fans are (as they never stop doing - talk about mirror kissers) and how they have always shown Rafa huge support "unlike some Premier teams" meaning guess who - I think the scouse turd was suffering under the usual problem that affects scousers in that the fact they are winning, getting trophies, and have a chance of the Prem league is the REAL reason they are not getting on Rafa's back like they did with Houllier Souness and Evans. Like with like ? Like hell. This is what always gets me about Liverpool fans. Yes, they are very good but they are the easiest club to support. We will never know I guess but it would be very interesting to see what they are like if they havent won anything for 30 odd years. Even when they were shit under Souness they won they FA Cup. They dont know how lucky they are and certainly never acknowledge the fact

Fully and very well deserved
-
Dont forget..... TV reckon Birmingham dominated us
-
very valid. was very obvious how he deliberately kicked the lads leg then fell over
-
I just watched Sky News this morning and the guy that comes on to do the sports said "In a game that Birmingham dominated". I didnt get to the match yesterday... are all you lads lying to me.... I thought we did well ?? Where do they pull this shit from ??
-
My thoughts entirely. Embarrassing how obvious it is
-
having watched MOTD, penatly was lucky but how on earth did emre's free kick at the end not result in a penalty. To be in a wall, jump up with your arm at 90 degrees to your body, for the ball to completely stop the ball and knock it to safety.... how is that not a penalty ?
-
Grand choice Mick. She is just truly awful. I felt dirty after having watched the match
-
He has a black and white tie on though.... he just wants all the North east clubs to eb successful
-
Could disagree with that. might be an unpopular comment but watching Maradona gives me goose bumps. Almost sub-human ability for such a small fella. Utter genius
-
Don't leave me out, I haven't got a clue either. That bloody woman commentating on Match of the Day. "The ball bobbled apologetically across the line". Fuck off.
-
Been changed obviously. Last in the list here we come

 I think Pearson said that Wednesday was "emotionally" hectic. I think that takes more out of it than just the pure physical aspect playing agame like that against the best team in England/Europe(?) at the minute. To be able to come through today against a Birmingham team, that basically had nothing to lose therefore could play free from any pressure, deserves some credit. We got what we wanted. A win and 3 points. Lets enjoy a Saturday night for a change
