  1. I was more reflecting on the fact how u can say u didn't see someone play before then say they've gone backwards
  2. Bang on. Also, he needs to play well himself before he can argue he has outgrown us. Unless we go massively backwards... I do agree though. I didn't see anything of Cabaye before he signed but I'd be staggered if he has improved as a player in his time here. He's going backwards if anything. :dowiespin: :dowiespin:

    Alan Pardew

If pardew finished 6th next season, who would cut him some slack?

  9. Too late for the 1245 but... Everton 2-0 Fulham Southampton 3-1 West Brom Stoke City 0-0 Norwich Wigan 2-2 Tottenham Newcastle 2-2 Liverpool Reading 4-1 QPR Chelsea 1-1 Swansea Arsenal 1-3 Man Utd Aston Villa 1-1 Sunderland
  10. Erm I think the questions could be more intelligently asked like, and also I'm pretty sure he would have got a professionals advice over Ben arfa. The fatigue excuse is more of a not enough time to practice tactics/ prepare rather than a fatigue one
  11. Gameweek 34: Fulham 0-2 Arsenal Norwich 0-0 Reading QPR 1-0 Stoke City Sunderland 2-1 Everton Swansea 3-0 Southampton West Brom 1-2 Newcastle West Ham 2-2 Wigan Tottenham 1-3 Man City Liverpool 1-3 Chelsea Man Utd 2-0 Aston Villa
  12. Not being wise after the event, but when we signed all the French players I said that it would be a test of Pardew's management if he could adapt to the incoming squad members and we've had our answer. If he stays we can kiss goodbye to this squad and prepare for a new era of mid-table mediocrity IMO. He's on course to set this club back 5 years. Remind me who got us to this point again?
  13. Reading 1-2 Southampton Norwich 0-3 Swansea Stoke City 0-1 Aston Villa West Brom 1-2 Arsenal Liverpool 3-0 West Ham Tottenham 2-2 Everton Chelsea 4-0 Sunderland Newcastle 1-1 Fulham QPR 0-0 Wigan Man Utd 1-1 Man City

  15. Tbh if we do buy a strictly CF who can't play out wide i hope Pardew rotates them effectively, i don't mind us buying someone like Bony for example but Pardew has to rotate them effectively and not try to shoe horn them in together and unbalance the team. But really having carroll would be useful in very tight games away from home, but another striker who can play wide should be the first priority, then someone like carroll if ashley is speding again
  16. he was good at the euros
  17. would you take carroll back? I would for 8 mill .. Provided he doesn't start every game and he mainly features against teams like Stoke and West Ham .. Plus adds another dimension to our game when we are chasing the lead I agree, no more than 7-8 mill and not at the expense of a fast striker also
  18. would you take carroll back?
  19. Norwich 1-2 Southampton QPR 3-0 Sunderland Reading 1-2 Aston Villa West Brom 1-1 Swansea Newcastle 2-0 Stoke City Liverpool 1-2 Tottenham
  20. He'd still tear it up if he guzzled money and went to a s*** league. Outrageous from circa 30 yards of the goal in open play still really?
  21. Same Benzema that scored close to 40 goals last season plus 20 assists? Where are you getting these numbers? 32 goals 15 assists
  22. could really do with a QPR goal to ruin everyone elses arrogance, and a bloody arsenal goal to help mine!
