  1. Agree with that like, Didn’t do a lot Mainly because of the players around him though
  2. Why are 3 of the quarters on at the same time and all the second legs at the same time? Or is that tbc?
  3. Absolutely bang on. It's freakishly spot on. The hype around him was exaggerated and he's nowhere near as good as he was made out to be. That tranfer fee ffs Played canny in the World Cup mind
  4. 7. They had the chance to go 10 points clear when they played City in January and lost. I thought Liverpool "bottled" that game, i.e., they played an unambitious, uncreative midfield three that prevented them from exposing what defensive failings City have. Maybe it set the tone for what has happened since, I don't watch closely enough, but it was weak and a million miles from anything I would call "heavy metal football". It was a chance to put the boot on the neck and they lost the game without trying to take it. The great "bottle job" the press never talk about was when Ferguson let City win the PL the first time. Four games to play, Man U are five points ahead of Man City and get this, 4-2 up against Everton in match #35. They then give away 2 goals and 2 points in ten minutes and then lose to City with an ultradefensive lineup and barely a shot on target in a derby match. I think it could have taken City much longer to make that final step up without Ferguson (Ferguson! Not Moyes, Not Van Gaal) opening the door in this way. https://www.11v11.com/league-tables/premier-league/18-april-2012/ Seems mad to see us so high up that season, so close to the cl. Really liked the team then aswel- Despite Danny Guthrie playing far too much! Was that the year that only 3 got in the champions league from the league because Chelsea won it?
  5. Funny the experts are out now despite Richie being a much better option at wing back than dummet and Clark ffs u having a laugh- just won 3 on the blunce
  6. Wondered if whether Rafa thinks they're going to be getting crosses in for Wood and that Yedlin could be caught ball-watching? He is prone to it... Aye and manquillo is like the second coming of cafu
  7. I think that article is shocking and should have been put out pre death- its sensationalist and ill timely now
  8. Was because he was injured though
  9. This so called ability showed up like once or twice a game if you're lucky. We're way better off without him. Agree I think the shelvey bus has left Diame aswel back up from now on- Nice to have some options though- bar rondon and dubs have options every area now
  10. Can’t quite grasp still how good he looked - think coulld be the making now of finally a push to go higher up the league
  11. No they wont. Green arrow from going top to top??
  12. Nah he played in behind Valère Germain in the 10 role, Germain was brilliant that season as well. Nice played some brilliant stuff. And there in lies the problem with some football fans- just make things up to suit a story Well i watched them fair few times and that's how they played but OK, gives us your version of how you remember it. Seeing as i just made those memories up apparently He played behind a striker
