I just want to know who this 'everyone' is that makes out we're good. I feel like they'd be a risk to others in public places.
-
If you want a solid but unspectacular manager who has failed to do what's been asked of him in his last two jobs carry on. I'd rather hold a bit more hope about someone who can reinvent the club with positive football and turning us into something to be proud of. Moyes safety first doesn't exactly have me brining with anticipation.
-
Didn't want McClaren and don't want Moyes. Pretty much sums up how I feel about our current managerial position. Will be shocked if we have a new manager by the first game of next season.
-
Annoyed by that as had a Chelsea defender in my fantasy team. Goodbye clean sheet bonus.
-
Sissoko + a relegation fight is an absolutely horrendous combination. Would rather be anywhere else. Difficult to think of another Premier League player less bothered when the chips are down.
-
In the pre-match interview our wonderful Steve spoke about how we must pass the ball and retention. In the first sixty seconds three times we passed it back to Elliot for him to hoof it aimlessly upfield. The players look completely devoid of confidence and either they don't agree with how they're being setup to play, or are just completely ignoring it. Either way we're boned like this.

Against Watford in the cup and again against Everton he got done for pace a few times against players I wouldn't expect him to. He's still quick, but just doesn't look as rapid as when I first saw him play first team for us. Injuries can take their toll without doubt.
-
Yeah seems to have lost a yard of pace since his injuries. Hope he doesn't end up going the same way as Ferguson. His agent must be pulling his hair out considering the deal he could have got post Man City goal compared to now.
-
Feel so sorry for Tiote. That screamer against City ruled out and now this one. I know they've changed the offside laws for line of sight, but when he hit it Foster could see it - it's only it took a deflection off a WBA player before it got near Mitro that I think they disallowed it. Harsh, but can see why it got ruled out.
-
I bet a West Brom fan once slagged off Pulis at a Stoke or Palace match once and now he's just trolling the entire team. To set his side up like that against a Newcastle side low on confidence following the Everton game is absolutely mental. Sure they'll win now I've said this, but from an entertainment perspective any WBA season ticket is probably worth about 10p.
-
West Brom are an absolute disgrace. Wish Pulis would just fuck off out of football.
-
Did a good job of pushing high up when Everton were in possession, letting his man go past him them pointing at the invisible man to pick him up instead. Can see why Swansea didn't want him for a relegation scrap.
-
Seemed like there just wasn't a gameplan tonight other than 'don't get beat'. Didn't work.
-
No chance of 40 points. 30 would be an achievement at this rate.
-
Have always said he was the wrong man for the job, but christ, didn't realise he was THIS bad. Has a very disjointed squad but no excuse for such a pathetic number of performances this year.
-
Garbage. 11 Obertan's may have made a better fist of this game.
-
Oh Mitro. MITRO. At least he was there to miss. UGH.
-
Because most of them ARE shit.
-
Everyone who said Jonjo is wank is feeling quite smug after his performance so far. 60 yard balls are nice, 6 yard balls would help today.
-
Ha, so bad. So so bad. Only positives is it's only 1-0 and after a few minutes I put money on Lennon being an anytime goalscorer due to Dummett's general ineptitude.
-
Fuck me, Mbemba shot. 5-0 Everton?
-
I love Perez, I really do. But did none of this coaching team watch us last season when we played him up front by himself? Absolutely 100% predictable. He can't hold it up and if we're going to be on the back foot (which we clearly are having set up like this) we have absolutely no out ball whatsoever.
-
Good tactic this, everyone behind the ball and no ambition going forward whatsoever.

The FM lot employ a large number of scouts around the world, most of which watch their relevant team week in week out. Having met so-called 'real' stats first hand it's not as incomprehensible as you might think. Even the mighty Graham Carr approved the signing of Riverie ffs. Agree the way they 'present' the stats are a bit daft mind.
