It's all happening, we all have every reason to be excited about our imminent future!!!
-
Gosh !!!!
-
I'm just trying to say (again) that on the basis of all we know now, it is very unlikely to take anything like that long. You know that is what I am saying, and please don't say "how can you know what I know" !!!!!
-
The same thing as always. The nature of the people involved on both sides (particularly ours) the accumulation of facts and evidence, and the 'time-limited' legal actions (two of them) that are currently underway. There is no logic to any assertion that it could take such a long time. I would hope that you would look at the logic of the current situation and come to that same obvious conclusion?
-
It's certainly taking a while, but hopefully the next few months (with the ongoing two-pronged attack) will see the result we are all waiting for. Specific dates are unknown, but it will not be as long as 2 years !!!!

Rafa will 'still' be available, quite specifically and deliberately, Rafa will be available . . .

She certainly never said that word !! But, whatever words were used, you "say what you need to say" of course. Most NUFC supporters who I know just want a caring, enthusiastic, ambitious, well-run club, so they can actually have THEIR CLUB back!

I don't normally respond to posts like this. I have explained the facts and the logic of my conclusions so many times in the past, I am the exact and precise opposite of (what you describe) a "Troll". While trying not to repeat myself, the current run of events leads me to the ever more certain belief that it is only a matter of time until our Takeover is approved, the logical conclusion of all of this is - Approval. I dislike the vitriol that is addressed - without foundation - at people like me, Whitley, and Keith. There is no need for it, it is irrational, and I wish you would just stop. Having said that, if you choose to continue, then so be it, that attitude will have no impact on the Takover, it is just unnecessary and disappointing. We are all Newcastle United Supporters, can some of you on here not remember that when considering a response to people who believe (very) differently from you about NUFCs imminent future. There, I have responded, ok?

Jumping the shark is an idiom used to describe the moment of a misguided attempt at generating new publicity for something once, but no longer, widely popular. Really? The Takeover is no longer popular? Here's to a lifetime of Ashley and Bruce then, I never knew that is what (by default) you want. Well, perhaps we can be "11th" next season eh? That is an exciting thought.

Well said Keith. It is interesting how all these obsessive "negative types" (the let's deny facts and logic types) always claim words like 'balanced' or 'realistic' for their negative exagerations. As I have said many times, when logic points to a positive outcome, then positive = logical and balanced. That is why the 'positive' thread should be renamed as the 'realistic' thread. Keep it up Keith, you are fighting for us all (though some don't realise it) and you are fighting for the future of our NUFC.

What a ridiculous statement, just 'made up' out of nothing but ignorance. Whitley Mag understands the logic, and (in the same way that I do) is able to filter out the prejudice, naivety, and inferiority-complex thinking, that blights many on here. The outcome of all this is obvious. Why so many choose not to see it is (I admit) COMPLETELY beyond me.

I have always been of the opinion, since I started listening to Keith, that he not only says just what the various legal teams say that he can say, and no more, but that often he says things that they specifically "ask him" to say. It all appears to be part of a drip-feed plan, spoken by Keith, co-ordinated by the legal teams. That is just how it (always) seems, to me.

It is inevitable that the Takeover will have to be approved, as there will be shown to be NO legal reason for it not to be. That is what these legal actions are all about. It is not relevant what some of our perceptions are about what the EPL might "want" to do (or want not to do) that is why fact-based legal action is being taken.
