Watching the replay back I don't think Sels played on that tackle too much, did he roll around afterwards? He had to go to ground, if he tried to land on that leg the way it was it could have been shades of Alan Smith.

At this point I'd snap your hand off at a draw!
-
A) he's not going to be first choice he'll be expected to chip in at times and is capable of doing that and b) he'll have better service here than he's had before. Makes sense as a 3rd or 4th choice, he's not going to be leading the line bar a catastrophe of biblical proportions. People need to calm down.

"Fantastic" What the fuck are you on about? I purposefully didn't reply to this on account of not wanting to be whooshed.

I think Brighton will play more open than any team we've faced so far, fancy us to catch them on the break. I just hope Perez still has his striking boots on today because he has a lot of weight to carry.

Not such a bad thing, we don't want him peaking too early

http://i.imgur.com/6ADLV4r.gif I'm in total agreement lolro we have to give him ample time to buttfuck any chance Palace have of staying up.
-
I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt considering relegation and Rafa giving his support of him but after the latest outburst he can go fuck a duck the docile prick. He can't have it all his own way, either he goes on our terms or he can stay and rot for all I care, I'd rather he be sat on the development teams bench than go for the money he wants to go for, he slide off on a free when his contract is up, rot away for the remainder of his contract if no one coughs up.

On YT alone I am happy with this, I just hope he can live up to the hype portrayed in those videos. Even if players are naturally slower in that league, the way he makes up ground for some of those tackles is insane. Welcome aboard the Rafalution Lazaar!

I kind of really want this to happen now
-
I don't expect he'll play until after the window closes. Sounds like there's some interest in him now so a move is probably imminent. I guess they just want to protect the asset, he's no good to anyone including us if he gets injured.
-
Working when this starts but I'll watch the first half on my app at work and hopefully get home in time for the second

How can you tell whether someone is fast from a still image? I'm basing it on the photo. So its fair to say there is a chance of error on my part. Every report on him says he has blistering pace. In which case, it is possible that Khay has the relatively unexciting but nonetheless impressive of judging speed based on still image. A rare breed. Maybe it was just a blurred image and a lucky guess?
-
Only here can we get a player back after a 4 game suspension only for him to get injured after half a game and have our best two strikers out in our most important fixture so far FFS
-
Quietly confident on that draw, of course it will depend on league form at the time.
-
Don't have much knowledge of him to make a judgement so said judgement can wait until he's had a few games for us. He's here and he's playing for us so he gets my full support until/unless he turns into the next Colback.
-
Hope we do and put them out. That said, a cup run is the last thing they need with their small squad and impending relegation battle 100% have to beat these fuckers if we get drawn, don't give a shit about extra games, we need to kick them while they're down.

Just paper gossip, nothing concrete yet.

All said and done, Rafa has been very public about him, he's happy with his attitude and work ethic in training, he likes the guy and is in no rush to sell him. That will do for me, if no bids come in for him and he stays, Rafa is confident he can do a job for us then so am I. He's not gone the right way about getting a transfer, there's obviously not that much going on up top between those ears, but that doesn't mean he has a bad attitude. His form is sporadic but even on a bad day he'll be the best/one of the best players in the league. If he goes I hope Rafa gets the time and the money to replace him with genuine quality, if he stays then I'm more than happy with Rafa's judgement of the player.
-
We shouldn't be losing at home for the rest of the season tbf, teams will try and park the bus at St James' we've seen it already and we've lost because of it. Rafa will know this and he'll have wisened up to it, he'll know what we have to do and I trust his Mekon sized football brain to get it right.
-
Looking less and less likely he'll get his "dream" move, Rafa must be coming to the point where he'll just decline any offer that comes in for him soon, it's just too late to replace that kind of quality in the Championship.
-
I've never seen him so the fucker must be fast.
-
It's exactly that, I've seen enough of Judge to want him here, I think he can do a real job for us and with the players he'll have around him he'll be even better than last season. However that doesn't fix our problem now and if he was the only purchase for that position then move on, but I don't think Rafa is that daft and is just looking at a cheap purchase that he know will be a good aquision when he's fit and he'll be looking at other targets to fit in right now. In short buy him, but make sure we're adding further strength to our wings also.
-
The contract extention is so that we can retain some value in him, that was publicised. I guess a permanent switch will rest on a couple of factors, being how he performs/recovers, how Sels/Darlow perform in his absence and the league we'll be part of next season. I have a feeling he'll be gone by this time next year, which is a shame, I've always liked Krul and he'll always be remembered for THAT performance against Spurs.
