I honestly don't think players really give a s*** about who the manager is. Some of them have better relationships with certain managers, but in general if they're coming they're coming for the money and to play for NUFC, not because our manager is Alan Pardew or anyone else we could attract. The point I was making is who wants to come to a team not knowing who the manager is going to be? Think it would be wise to hold onto him until the end of the window and then release the hounds!

More's the pity I think he'll get until at least the transfer window closes, we won't get anyone in without a manager. If we don' win the next two games I can see him gone, but it's pointless sacking him now when we are in desperate need of at least 2 players.

It's not just the one or two injuries that have hit us, it's the spine of the team, our most creative player, arguably our best defender and a game changer. It would be impossible to target which one is missed the most, because we are sorely missing what each of them bring to the table. Colo is overrun with Williamson's atrocious displays, the back line are hoofing over the midfield without Cabaye to link up play and losing possession and when the chips are down we have no one to come out flying, someone to create that little piece of magic it sometimes takes to crack open a defence. IMO they are all missed at equal measure and we'll see the results come rolling back in once we have them on the pitch together with a few new signings. Just a pity it'll be too little too late to rescue our season from a drab mid-table finish

Absolutely confidant he's only our top scorer because we have adapted our style of play to suit him alone, look at what it's doing to the team! Get a decent forward in, in his place and I think we won't miss him, I also think the dressing room will be a better place to be for the players.

Personally, imho, I think we'd be best shot of him.

Not sure if you are serious Swings and roundabouts really, you could argue if it wasn't for Ba we'd be in the bottom 3 but you could also argue that if it wasn't for Ba we may be playing more fluid football, not convinced we'll miss him, not convinced we'll score as much without him...

My daughter is a cheerleader for Blackpool Scorpions (steady guys, she's only 6!) on Friday 21st Dec in the Blackpool vs Wolves game she'll be doing a pre-match cheer followed by a Gangnam style dance and it will be shown live on Sky Sports. Does anyone have the ability to record this in a format they could send to me? Obviously I don't want any of the match recorded but want to keep her appearance on TV for prosperity.
