Yeah pretty much, it looked like he was caught in two minds a bit. He tried to feint/dummy slightly and slip it past Steele but just got it wrong.
-
Van Hecke, it looked very close & surprised there wasn't much of a VAR delay on it.
-
Deal agreed with Liverpool apparently so might not see him again for Brighton.
-
Did we not go into the season with 6 options? Willock, Bruno, Longstaff, Joelinton, Anderson (rightly or wrongly Howe viewed him as a CM) & Shelvey?
-
You not heard Longstaff is injured?
-
Whats similar between Tierney & Wood?

If Coventry get promoted Mike Ashley is going to worm himself into it, they're already paying a ridiculous amount in rent. I imagine that increases based on promotion, he'll be after some of the club.
-
I think there's some canny sell-on fees included for their previous clubs as well. Spurs paid a big fee to Leeds for Clarke, I doubt they'll then have sold him for pennies without any clauses.
-
They'll get decent fees for their good young players so it'll be interesting to see how they get on trying to re-invest that given their model.

Morris should’ve been off for that tackle on Neil before their second goal, they’re a new Wimbledon.
-
I think this is right (stats bloke on Twitter) but we’ve won 8 of the last 11 games, Liverpool have won 7 and Brighton have won 6. So that’s 8 out of 9 that we had won prior to the Arsenal & Leeds games, that’s pretty unsustainable for any club apart from about from 2 or 3 in the league.

This is supposed to be the fun period where the side is building and we can see sustained progress over a period of probably about 2 seasons before we're serious contenders for the Champions League spots. Both unfortunately and fortunately we've progressed at a mental rate to where that period has been skipped and we're now at the every week is a cross between the highest highs and lowest lows. Tactics that could have been worked on for a full season (Isak & Wilson) before Isak takes on the mantle himself as the out and out forward are now kicked out after 2 games because it's not immediately brilliant. If we do get Champions League I think the feeling around the club will continue as it is, any drop off in form will be seen as a real problem. I worry how people would react if we didn't again qualify for the Champions League in 24/25 if we're successful this time. It's something Howe, Ashworth and co will have to look at because by being so successful so quickly they've probably created some unrealistic expectations.
-
We're not that team anymore, that was a team with about half the ability and even less of the coaching and management this team has.
-
For all Brighton are a good side they're more than capable of throwing in a bad performance as well, they've just been beaten by Forest & Everton. They can concede a lot of goals, let's not pretend like they're the second coming of Barcelona 2010-11.
-
Can’t wait for Howe to be hounded out after we start next season without a win in the first few games.
-
Aye the goal difference isn’t great for Man Utd.
-
Would the winger going inside not be picked up by one of the centre halves with the problem being that Schar was dragged out of position initially?
-
I mean there's absolutely no way you can expect Isak to be tracking Ayling all the way back to the edge of the 6 yeard box, he gets passed on way before that. Burn is at fault for it.
-
Sell him & buy Ward-Prowse.
-
Before the Arsenal game it seemed everyone wanted to see Isak & Wilson starting, now that it's not gone amazingly well for 2 games it seems like it's the worst thing. Wilson coming off the bench and scoring as he has been doing is probably totally unsustainable. I can't think of any other forward in recent years who has had the recent record that he has when coming off the bench & nobody wants to see Isak benched.
-
Now pretty much guaranteed to finish above Spurs.
-
God this is going to be good next season.
-
Nah no weird system, I remember being able to ring up the box office after I had got in from school as a 13 year old or so and being able to buy tickets for Inter Milan & Barcelona after about 4pm on the day of the game. I did the same for the Uefa Cup semi against Marseille as well.

Amad Diallo is the only one they would want back anyway (and they would have a good chance of getting him again), they've only really got him and Gelhardt on loan from current Premier League teams. Michut is on loan from PSG but they have an option to buy and the rest were bought for pennies with possibly a big sell on %.
